A huge man in gold armour swoops down from beyond the wispy clouds, landing just on the edge of the crashing white surf. It’s so bright that I have to squint to see him. Between the gaps in his helmet, lightning flares from inside, as the skies emit a deafening rumble of thunder. “Zeus!” Athena shouts. “I’ve been waiting for you!”

' I thought before closing my eyes as the shouts of my family members echoed around me. Author's Note- Hello my dear readers. This chapter marks the end of My Personal Lycan king (Book-1). Typhon elbowed her gently in the ribs as Zeus continued. “At this point, I believe more evidence against this supernatural is unwarranted. His actions speak louder than words. This boy has confirmed that he has malicious intent based on events that took place involving a half-blood God. I will allow a moment for Thomas, the half-blood son of Poseidon, to recount what happened to him. Again, I must warn you, this statement won’t be easy for some of you to hear. Regardless, I urge you all to stay so that we can make an informed decision pertaining to the next step that must be taken to resolve this issue.” With that Zeus waved his hand at the door keepers, signaling them to open the doors.

I pushed the angry deity back with all my strength, granting me a few moments respite; making good use of that moment of breath I summoned lightening and hurled enough tons to level the hill of Ire on its master holding the lightening for as long as I could. When the smoke cleared, I beheld Ogun still standing, black with soot his eyes glowed red, ripping muscles struggled to escape the confines of divine armor, he laughed and tore at his armor, his muscles morphing like ocean waves, Ogun was just getting warmed up as he has gone totally berserk, then I knew I was in trouble.

She had to hear him say what he was, himself. "Yes. I'm a Lycan. If you'd listened to me, and kept your eyes closed, you wouldn't have found out about this. I knew you would get scared." "What! If I had kept my eyes closed. Anne just called you a Lycan, and you called her a Vampire, then you expect me to just keep my eyes closed.? !" The Greek god must have thought she was some puppet, under his control, to just keep her eyes shut, she thought.

It aligned with a clash against a force field which surrounded the realm before it. It glowed brightly and suddenly sight fell into a dream.

“Okay, I’ll be there in a second—” “No. Now. It is Father who calls.” Her tone could have shattered marble. I looked at Layla instinctively—because I always did—then at Damon. He gave a single curt nod. I went. As the door closed behind Thalia and me, I saw Damon and Layla lean over the railing to watch the arena. She looked so small against that wide emptiness, but the sky above seemed to bend toward her. Zeus had arrived. His presence swallowed the small room—white hair, crown like trapped sunlight, eyes like storms preparing to strike. He didn’t look at Thalia.

Our baby. And then there was the most terrifying truth of all. I didn’t know anything about pregnancy. So, after eating, I slipped quietly into the library. It wasn’t as big as the one in the pack but it had shelves in rows.I ran my fingers along the spines until I found an old book with worn edges and a faded title ‘Maternal Care and Moon-Born Children.’ Settling on the floor, I opened the book across my lap. I had never thought I’d be sitting in the Lycan’s library, reading about how to care for a child I was never supposed to be able to bear.

“I know. That’s why I came to you. I didn’t know who else to turn to.” I leaned back in my chair, running a hand through my hair. “Alright. We’ll help you. But you need to understand something, Lily. This isn’t just about you anymore. You’ve put the whole club at risk. You’re under our protection now, but that means you follow our rules. No more sneaking around.” She nodded, relief washing over her face. “I understand. Thank you, Lightning.” “Don’t thank me yet,” I said gruffly. “We’ve got a lot of work to do. And you’re going to help us clean up this mess.”

Before opening it, as if knowing already that this was going to take some time, she’d backed up until she sank into one of those high-backed chairs. The book was clearly old, so she’d had to turn the pages slowly to keep from ripping them. A couple of those pages were written completely in Greek, which she found only a bit odd, and she wondered what else could surprise her in this place. Her mother had tried to teach her to read in Greek. But Penn hadn’t thought it was necessary, so the lessons hadn’t gotten very far. Names that appeared early on in the book were familiar as she remembered her mother telling her the story of the lycan origination when she was just a little girl. But as she c
