The vampire that killed Ethan blurted out but his calm expression was broken into one of fear. “You are the vampire that hunts vampires!” This realization forced him to immediately try and retreat but that was not possible because the only thing that left that position was his body, not his head. The difference in their ability was that vast as he had been decapitated before he even realized that he was without a head. “Vampire hunter? That’s vulgar. Please, call me Liam,” The man said to the head in his hand.

The lone assassin from Blumedale, the infamous killer-for-hire?" He looked stunned, then quickly shifted to scorn. "Well, well… I didn't think someone of your caliber would fall this low. Guarding a backwater clinic in Jayrodale? Pathetic. You've really sunk to rock bottom."

The police had to get involved, there were two police cars out the front of the diner. Ducking under the police tape, Damien stepped into his diner, he was feared by everyone, humans, wolves and vampires alike, he was known as the Blood Alpha and that was not just because Blood is his surname. AVA Without another word, Hunter moves swiftly away from the lockers, passing by his two friends whose names I'm guessing are Preston and Gomorey. They had been gawking at Hunter with a mischievous grin playing on their lips, and Hunter didn't waste a chance to shoot them both with his penetrating glare. I noticed their pupils retrench as they stared at him, meaning they were conversing with each other through mindlink. It was brief, lasting a couple of seconds before Hunter turns left and straight down the now-empty halls.

"Keep it steady!" I regained my footing between the bags, aimed, then took another two shots. One hit his upper arm, the other his shoulder, but he kept coming, unfazed by the gushing holes. I shifted my weight onto my other foot and grinned. I might not have stopped him, but the Thornblood dipped bullets had punctured him, binding shade and host to the same satisfying fate. I fired one last time, hitting him strait between his soulless eyes.

He said. I just sat there completely in shock. Then I grabbed my champagne and chugged the class before setting it back on the table. Damien just smiled at me, trying to hide his laughter. “I don’t see how any of this is funny… Do you realize who I am?” I hissed. “Snow, trust me, I know everything there is to know about you.” He said. “No, I don’t think you understand… I am a Hunter. A VAMPIRE HUNTER… You are a Vampire. I’m supposed to kill you. Why would the gods make me your gifted mate? It just doesn’t make sense.” I said.

Ronan asked. The man flinched, just slightly, but it was enough. I saw it in his eyes—the moment he knew we’d caught on. I bent down, grabbing his hand and turning it to the side, exposing the faint mark etched into his skin. My growl rumbled in my throat. "He's a hunter." "Fuck," he hissed, the rope snapping as his claws swiped through the air where I’d just been. He bolted, but he wasn’t fast enough.

Out of those 15, one of them was Archie Foster. After he received the information about Phantom’s location, he had teleported inside Glitch with his most efficient team of 14 hunters. He had gathered his strongest men to hunt him down. Archie was at Solar Plexus Chakra stage. After realizing that Phantom is only at the Sacral Chakra Stage–one stage below him–his rage was off the charts. After the hijack, Archie's reputation as the upcoming CEO of the Pinnacle Industries had suffered quite a bit, not to mention he got zero profit from the Manticore’s hunt. Archie gazed from the top of the tree. He soon spotted him and realized he was the same Black Armored thief.
