Arla: White Wolf, White Witch

he added, one side of his mouth quirked upward. “What? But how?” asked Arla. She was relieved to learn that she hadn’t been seeing things, but it still seemed just as crazy to realise that there was, indeed, someone talking in the mirror. “Hello, young Arla, I’m Elder Laurel of the Ochre Coven,” she said, turning her attention to Arla. “This is one of my enchanted mirrors. Where did you find it?” “Um, from the antique store in town,” Arla replied.

I read this book in a few days. This was one of the few books that had a great storyline that flowed effortlessly. Minimal if any grammar errors and a captivating group of characters. I would definitely read another book by this author! Can we get a book 2 about Drew and any updates on Arla and clan?

Broken Mirrors of Truth

Broken Mirrors of Truth

Just as she was about to conclude her sentence, Sophia spoke up, "Ezra, I am Sophia. Remember?" Ezra's eyes widened as the name triggered a rush of memories. The realization painted her face with surprise, and Ivan couldn't help but laugh, thoroughly enjoying the moment. Sophia, feeling a bit shy, bit her lower lip. Ezra, overcome with a mix of embarrassment and relief, hugged Sophia, apologizing for the momentary lapse in recognition.

My Cruel Alpha

My Cruel Alpha

I rub my legs together, the memories of our shared blissful moment suddenly making me wet. The hauler is dimly lit with the glow of the overhead fluorescent light bulb hanging from the ceiling, Jace's handiwork. From what I have heard, he is the one person trying to change the feel of the academy into something... more modern. Frameless, oval-shaped mirrors lined the four corners of the hauler, which is matted with green leaves and flowers, making the mirror appear like a magical portal to another realm. I stupidly attempt putting my legs through it as if it's an illusion, but my toe hit against the mirror. "Dang it."

Bride Of The Shadowed Alpha

Chapter 2️⃣4️⃣ ❤️ Myrrak's Jealousy ❤️ She went back to the wardrobe and reached into the same hidden place where she had gotten the dark orb pendant. This time, her fingers touched something cold and smooth. She pulled it out carefully. It was a small hand mirror, round and old, with tiny gold around the silver frame. She wiped off the dust with the edge of her dress, gave it one last clean swipe with her palm, then cleared her throat quietly.

The Healer's Bond

The Healer's Bond

“Come. I saved the best for last—The Mirror of Ecstasies. It shows you the one thing you crave more than anything else... then makes you live it.” The door opened with a low groan that sounded more like a moan. The chamber beyond was dim, illuminated only by a floating mirror suspended in mid-air—seven feet tall and framed in living vines that pulsed with veins of red and violet light. It was warm, humid. The air smelled of jasmine and sweat. Emma stepped in, hesitant. The mirror shimmered, the surface not glass but liquid shadow, swirling with whispers. “The Mirror of Ecstasies,” Terra purred beside her, her voice like honey poured over steel. “This isn’t some toy, Emma. It doesn't lie. It

Venom's Plaything - A Dark MC Shifter Romance

Venom's Plaything - A Dark MC Shifter Romance

Small and perfectly shaped to fit into the space between breaths where a man is most himself. It bloomed like a cold flower that had been waiting for the right weather. My head turned a degree without asking me. My mouth found a shape like prayer. Velia’s fingers dug into my arm, sensing the shift. “Harper?” I tried to say her name. What came out was two letters of it and then something else climbed into my voice and wore it from the inside. The mirrors steadied. The blue light in the camera grew brighter, like an eye dilating in pleasure.

Then there was the mirror. It was shoved in a dusty corner of the garage, hidden under a tarp. Lyra had pulled it off, expecting to see her own face staring back. But the mirror didn’t reflect her at all. It just shimmered. She remembered frowning, reaching out to touch it, and then— Wham. Sucked in. The memory slammed into her. Her eyes widened. “Oh my God!” she gasped, springing to her feet. “I knew that mirror was cursed!”

MOONBOUND DESIRE

MOONBOUND DESIRE

“That’s corruption.” --- They examined it that night. Rowan used a spectral blade to lift the skin without cutting. Elira held her mother’s shoulder, silent but steady. Theron stood at the edge of the tent, his eyes dark and distant. Inside Selene’s palm, etched like a scar: A shard of mirror. So small it looked like a splinter of starlight—but it pulsed with its own rhythm. Like a heartbeat. Or a curse. “It’s from the shattered Hollow Mirror,” Naeria whispered. “You were holding it when time collapsed.”

he said, “my mother’s journals might explain what she did.” Mira pulled out a candle. “If we get attacked by vengeful spirits, I’m blaming you.” “Understood.” They searched for hours. Mira found fascinating things: a genealogy chart featuring names that sounded like rejected video game bosses; a ledger listing magical expenditures (including “13 ounces of soul glass—return to supplier”); and a sketch of the very mirror from the chapel. “Found it!” she shouted, nearly dropping the parchment in excitement. Adrian joined her, brushing dust from the page.

His Hidden Luna

His Hidden Luna

At its center stood a massive mirror—tall, cracked, and rimmed with runes that shimmered faintly under the torchlight. Aria stopped, her breath catching. “This is it,” she whispered. “The Mirror of Selene.” Kael came to her side, his eyes scanning the strange patterns. “The Seer said this place was meant to show truth, not reflection.” Aria nodded slowly, her pulse racing. The air was thick with old power—familiar and yet foreign. She could feel it crawling beneath her skin, tugging at her soul. “Truth is the most dangerous magic of all.”
