Catching Jane

Catching Jane

“It’s like there’s this wall between us. I can tell that he’s going through something but he refuses to tell me any of it. That spark we had when we were physically together is just not there.” “That’s called long-distance, hun,” Rachel notes, pulling out her phone. She waves it in front of me. “Oli and I are going through something similar. It’s all still new, you’re still getting used to each other. Being away adds another layer to that. You just need to give yourselves some grace. As long as he’s not being an ass…” “Not really,” I tell her. “Good. He gets to live another day to play baseball then,” she says with a smile.

The Person You Choose

The Person You Choose

The ritual made my hands busy, my mind quiet—until I remembered the car that should have been here fifteen minutes ago. Grayson was in Seattle. Two years. Two years of distance that felt like a living, breathing thing. Stretch it too far, and it might snap. But it hadn’t snapped. Not yet. Not when the love between us had always been as much persistence as passion, as much patience as desire. We wrote, not often. But when we did, it mattered. The 2 a.m. confessions, the tiny victories over our own fear, the debates about everything and nothing, all held in words that needed no witness. The love that survived across miles, across time zones, across the invisible thread of ordinary days.

The Unbridgeable Distance Between Us

The Unbridgeable Distance Between Us

I took a deep breath, opened the tracker on Edith's smartwatch, and drove to the location: an amusement park. There, I stopped dead. Victor, in a casual t-shirt and jeans, held Helene close, their laughter warm and intimate. Edith was riding a carousel, grinning and posing for photos. Helene snapped pictures, then leaned in to kiss Victor's cheek. They looked like a perfect family of three, while I stood rooted, an outsider stealing glances at their happiness. This park was famous. I'd suggested bringing Edith here so many times, but she had always dismissed me. "Mom, you're an adult. Don't be so childish. This place is a waste of time."

Divorce After Betrayal Ex-Wife Revenge

In the dark, two hearts that had once drifted apart… slowly began to understand one simple truth: Sometimes, distance doesn’t come from leaving— but from being too afraid to stay.

IS IT LOVE???

IS IT LOVE???

They’ve waited all day to reach a room and do something and I can give them one hour. We decide to leave for Haridwar after that. I check if I still have the address. I come to my room and flop on the bed. I realize how dependent I am on Avantika. The minute I see a couple holding hands, exchanging short, sweet unsaid messages or making out, I can’t help but think of her. I miss her so much. I have no idea how long-distance relationships work. What do you do when you miss him or her like nuts? I call her. ‘Hey,’ I say. ‘Where are you?’

AN ABNORMAL LOVE STORY

Arnab said to me. I was practically holding my breath for such a long time as soon as he finished his sentence and asked me without wasting any second I gave him to reply, “ I will Arnab, as long as you love me there is no problem in a long-distance relationship, I know we can work on this after all I love you too. Moreover Ma, Baba also had a long-distance relationship and they made it together.. now they have a happy life together.” “ Yeah, you are right,” Arnab said to me I also felt that he was happy.

The Trap Of Ace

The Trap Of Ace

she hummed. My brows creased. "What do you mean?" Her shoulders lifted as she grabbed her coffee mug and took a sip, sniffling. "Isn't it simple? Even strong relationships don't work with long-distance most of the time, and here we're talking about your one sided relationship." "It isn't one-sided." "Oh?" She raised her brow. "So you love him?" Silence.

This book needs some SERIOUS editing. The grammatical errors are horrendous. We get that English might not be the authors first language but if you still insist on writing it in English at least get it proof read and edited. The app needs to help their authors with that.

Taming Sunrise

Taming Sunrise

"Missing Caleb again?" A sad smile formed on my lips. "Always." "Didn't he say he'll be home soon?" "Yes." I caressed my baby bump. "But it isn't just me who misses Caleb." Pops chuckled. "Sometimes distance is good in a relationship. The longer you are away from each other, the more your partner is yearning for you, so once you see one another, the love intensifies." "For sure Caleb is feeling the same thing. It's way harder for him since he's in a different country." He added.

Amazing story so far, I love it. You pull readers in directly from the first chapter. I had a hard time putting it down. Absolutely one of my newest favorites. Thank you for your hard work as a writer.

Truly enjoyed reading this story! The only thing I would say is I wish there was either Dawn POV or Caleb POV at the beginning of each chapter or at the changes throughout the chapters when the POVs changed between the two. Other than that, really well written!! Good job author! 😊

Long Distance Call

Long Distance Call

Jack awoke to the sound of the phone ringing. He cleared his throat, and answered “Hello?” There was static on the line and after a long pause, there was a response. He could faintly hear someone through the static, but the voice seemed far away. He repeated a hello, and the voice responded. “Hello? Jack? Can you hear me?” It sounded like Catherine’s voice but she sounded far away still, like maybe she had the phone upside down or was distracted. Maybe it had been a pocket dial? Catherine continued through the breaking and static “Jack. Can’t….talk...long...I’ve been...Jack? Be careful...love you” Before he could respond, the call ended.

Distance b/w Us

Distance b/w Us

They say distance is a test of how far love can go but what if there is no love in the first place… “I will book two tickets. We both can go today.” He said, and I stepped back. “Three!” Ayesha said, holding my hand. “Two!” He said and walked outside. They say the worst thing about distance is we don’t know whether they miss you or forget you but what if they don’t even give a sign that they feel your presence even after looking at you everyday… I walked inside Ayesha’s room and whispered ‘Good night’ placing a small peck on her forehead and walked outside.
