She then took out a book from the middle row— a thick, old book with its tattered cover and yellowed pages. She skimmed through the pages until her gaze fixed on one and her eyes rapidly moved from one word to another. “I think...I think...it’s a bond withdrawal,” she murmured without glancing up. “What?” Dorian quirked an eyebrow.

I opened the book, the pages releasing a faint, musty scent as they turned. As I flipped through the pages, my fingers lightly traced the intricate runes etched into the parchment.
