They might have thought that I was weak and that was why they had only one small wolf attack me, but I was strong and I would show them. I threw a kick at the wolf's jaw and he reared back, letting out a loud growl both in pain and anger.

She shifted back, Nora braced herself—until a deep, powerful growl tore through the night. The rogues froze, seeing a huge, black wolf jump into the fray, its teeth uncovered and shining blue eyes burning with anger. Just in one fast motion, it attacked the leader to the ground, sinking its grips into his shoulder. The rogue howled in pain.

Roger's face contorted with anger and determination as he prepared to confront Charles head-on. I could see the fire in his eyes, fueled by the realization that he had to protect not only himself but also those he cared about. Hugo took advantage of that split second by throwing the wolf Aryadi's body. Aryadi was thrown several fathoms while Hugo stood tall in his form as a wolf proudly.
