She stepped closer, filling every corner of my mind. “I am your lycan, Harley.” The words felt unreal, twisting my guts painfully. Disbelief sucked the very breath from my mouth as I shook my head violently. “That’s impossible.” I argued. “I’m omega Harley. A wolf-less omega. I have been one my entire life.”

This Raven woman better be good, considering Hector had threatened me to stay away from her. When Raven came on the stage, I had to avert my gaze because, my God, this Raven woman was sexy as hell. She was perfection. Raven was at least five foot nine inches tall, and I would have to say she weighed approximately around one hundred and forty pounds, and it was all muscle.

Making me feel like i just asked the worst question. "Well", he said his voice going back to how it usually was, the voice that would make a stranger run for the hills. "Well I'm Bryan Raven, lived in New York most of my life till now. Cause my dad thinks I can jump off our apartment, so here I am being catered by you guys", he said finally with his face going plane. "Well trust me they're way more places to kill yourself here than in New York", i said matter factly trying to lighten his mood. "And you'll also have enough reasons not to, believe me", I said practically whispering it, hoping he heard me. I hope i never give up on him, he deserves so much, he deserves to br fought for.

CHAPTER 58 DAMIEN’S POV I couldn’t believe everything I had seen. Raven was a Moonsworn healer. Moonsworn healers were a rare wolf type. I never really stood a chance at leading the kingdom. Without Raven even growing amongst the strongest wolves, she had become one herself—the strongest, rarest and possible the fiercest wolf there is. I had to leave the room. I was angry she had the ability to heal Vera but wouldn’t do it. I wasn’t asking for too much. All I wanted was that my little sister got better. That was all I wanted.

The name sent a shiver through Charlotte, as if it resonated with a part of her she hadn’t known existed.

I demanded. Xander stepped close to me and looked into my eyes, his expression serious. "You know that the clinic burning down wasn't an isolated incident, just like this vampire's murder wasn't an isolated incident either. Before you go, we have to put a stop to whoever is hunting us, or else you will be hunted down and killed." He sighed. "If Raven said—" "How did you know her name?" I demanded, amazed that he had known exactly who I was talking about. He shrugged. "Raven is an extraordinary witch. If she says you have a wolf that's dormant, then you can take it to the bank."

The lady was surprised and confused when he suddenly cut her off. "Y-Yes? I think she placed it on her vanity area." He felt like he was being poured with a glass of cold water when his speculation was confirmed. Hyde remembered it when he went to the victim's vanity table. He remembered what it looked like. A bird darker than a crow, and usually eats flesh from dead animals. A bird that means DEATH... A CARRION CROW.

The concrete floor was cracked in multiple places, exposing the rebar beneath. Jackson dropped down first, landing in a crouch, then reached up to steady Savannah as she descended. The moment her feet touched the ground, a voice echoed from the shadows. “Well. What a touching scene.” Savannah stiffened. Harrison stepped out from behind a row of fallen server racks, a gun in his right hand, the muzzle glinting under the emergency lights. Sweat plastered his hair to his forehead, but his smile was confident, cruel. “Going somewhere?” he asked lightly.
