Raven Method Novels & Stories

I continued. His brows lifted a bit. “Go on.” That made me freeze. That reaction— that simple invitation to continue— felt strange. This was new. He wasn’t dismissing me. He wasn’t cutting me off. He was waiting. “Explain your angle.” I hesitated. Damon noticed immediately, his brows knitting together in irritation. “Don’t just sit there,” he muttered. “You had something in mind. Say it.” I swallowed the unease and continued. “Raven is cautious, but he’s greedy. If he thinks there’s a leak or a hidden opportunity in the pack’s finances, he’ll move funds to secure it. That’s when we track him and expose his accounts.”

She rushed towards Raphael. "Raphael, please let him go" she urged him softly. Raphael is oozing power like a burning hot furnace. No one is courageous enough to even lift their heads. But Valerie is trying to pacify him with out any fear, which shocked everyone. Arthur and Anesthesia are tensed. Ravens are known for their impulsive nature. They are worried that the Raven prince would hurt their in anger. What is making them even more worried is that, she just used his first name to address him. She was supposed to use his title.

Just stares at me, lost in thought. “So… she found a loophole?” he finally asks. “Yeah,” I murmur, adjusting my position on the bed. “She didn’t go into detail, but she wouldn’t have told me if she wasn’t sure. I know Raven—she doesn’t move on a hunch.” She’s methodical. Relentless. If she says she found something, she found something. Raven isn’t one to go on a hunch or something intangible like that. She has to have found solid proof. The fact that she told me about it means that it’s something she is sure could work.

Raven was certain something far darker lay beneath it all, and he decided to find out for himself. Raven’s car screeched to a stop in front of Varkon’s house. Without hesitation, he strode to the front door and slammed his fist against it again and again. The door nearly came off its hinges before it finally swung open. Raven’s gaze locked with Alpha Varkon’s. He stepped inside without waiting for permission, forcing the older man back several steps. Raven was taller and broader, his body looming over Varkon in an unmistakable display of dominance. He let his alpha aura pour out freely, crushing the air around them.

He spoke quietly. It seemed that, unlike Arden, he knew how to keep his anger on a leash. Yet my heart raced wildly against my chest because of what I heard. If this involved my mother and me, did that mean these people had a hidden motive? or Mr. Ravenchi?

However, she will require evidence that she can trust us. Then, Xander concluded, "we go to her." "I'll take care of the delivery with Julien. The others remain here and keep an eye on things. With painstaking precision, the plan was put into motion to meet Rachel Monroe in London. In order to blend in with the busy metropolis and negotiate its congested streets, Julien and Xander adopted new identities. Rachel consented to meet them in a quiet area of the city at a covert café. In her forties, she was a smart, no-nonsense woman whose piercing eyes betrayed her high intelligence.

He flicked the cigarette away and mounted his bike, riding off without another word. That night, the unease crystallized into danger. Raven was heading back from a supply run when she caught the scent so sharp, metallic and wrong. Her wolf bristled instantly. Hunters. She froze in the alley behind the warehouse, scanning the shadows. Too quiet, too still. Then the first bolt sang through the air. Raven ducked instinctively, the silver-tipped arrow embedding in the wall where her head had been a heartbeat before. Her wolf roared inside her, surging to the surface.

Much safer. With a deep, shaky exhale, I type out my message, every tap of the keyboard making my fingers sweat: Raven: Good evening Mr. Madden, this is Raven from Criminology class 2. I’m trying to send my summary for the Jack the Ripper case, but the email won’t come through. Is there any other way I can hand it in? Apologies. Thank you. Seconds crawl by. Each one feels like a lifetime. My heartbeat hammers in my chest. I stare at the screen, half-expecting it to explode.
