Raven Method Novels & Stories

They wouldn't be able to hide for so long without making a mistake on their part. “Yeah…their eye color would change back to normal, which is always black, whenever they are triggered or angry”. Raven's eye color had always been gray, and when she was angered it turned more grayish. “You don’t think they have been the one attacking us all this while”. Gale said, his brows furrowed in thought. “No thier method of killing is quite crafty, they can kind of suck out the life of the person with their dark spells, without hurting them physically”.

So I decided to wait. I sat down at the kitchen table to finish studying for my last two exams. As a hunter, Raven was eligible to test out for early graduation. Since we’re still considered newly mated, Alpha Avery was able to get me set up to test out early as well. Especially since we both have good grades. I’m working on one of the practice sheets for my calculus test, when Raven calls out she’s going to shower. Normally I’d join her, but I went to her assessment today, so that really cut into the time I normally use to study.

“But that chapter ended. Or at least, I thought it did. What I feel for you… it’s different. Deeper. Messier. Real.” “But is it enough?” I whispered. That question hovered between us like smoke. And he didn’t answer. --- **Raven’s Opening Move** That night, Raven made her first calculated strike. She infiltrated one of our satellite teams — recruiting two former operatives who’d once been loyal to Damien. Her influence spread like poison, not through brute force but through nostalgia and charm. She was pulling strings he didn’t know were still tied to his heart. And every move she made was laced with one message: *You don’t know him like I do.*

The sound of cutlery being placed down echoed sharply through the room. Damon's hand had stilled completely, his fingers loosening around the knife as it rested against the plate with deliberate control, but the shift in his presence was immediate, heavy and cold enough that even the servants seemed to shrink further into the corners. Forcing a shift was one of the worst kinds of torture there was, something even full-blooded wolves feared, something that could break a body and mind beyond repair. And Leah—fragile, half-human, someone who couldn't even shift properly—she shouldn't have survived something like that.

I forced myself to suck it up as I sat down in front of grams in our usual shifting spot, but since the last rogue attack, we now had Dante accompanying us each night, and as the hours ticked by I’d always notice him starting to sway a little on his feet… he looked almost as tired as I was. “Are you ready, Raven?” Grams asked still as eager as she was two nights ago. Now that she knew my wolf was inside of me somewhere, I had already accepted there was no way she’d drop all of this training now! “Bring it on”. I replied, trying to sound just as keen as she was, whilst keeping my moaning to myself. “Ok. Now, you know what to do… start to relax, and let me know when you feel calm”. I let my up

Aspen butted into the conversation, “you can’t tamper with the energy of the land. That is a no-no.” “Are you the one who makes the rule?” Raven asked without glancing at her. “This method will work, Lance. Let’s go to another room to discuss the details. Then, we’ll prepare accordingly. Do not forget that we have to get Kailin’s blood too. Let’s make this as fast as possible, okay?” “Yes, Your Majesty.” Raven scoffed quite loudly and returned her wicked side gaze to Aspen, who was still frowning. “Don’t worry, Aspen,” Raven said, “it will be over soon. You will get the rest you desire soon enough.”

--- Closing Scene: The Camera Catches Everything A camera in the corner blinked red. Raven’s team had requested the late lab slot for “transparency.” But Ave and Blake got there first. So now? The system was recording them. Every shift in eye contact. Every unspoken word. Every almost-touch. And Raven? Raven was going to use it. Not to sabotage. No. To expose. Because what was better than ruining someone’s chances? Ruining their reputation. .

“Can we skip the procedures?” Raven regretfully shook his head. “’ no,” “Agh fine.” he sat up. The normal procedure was very simple but at the same time, it was fucking tedious. Six months ago he had visited the nearby town and brought back the twins Kiran and Elijah. On the way, he left behind a scent trail. So to escape being tracked by the werewolves, he had to soak in a flower-infused water. “It’s ready,” raven took him over to the small poll of water. Beautiful magnolia flowers floated n top. “Elder, please do the honors,”

Raven’s POV It hadn’t been easy getting out of the penthouse. Raven hadn’t even been sure it was going to work. She knew she needed two things: Kade’s isolated index fingerprint and a full capture of his palm print. The first she lifted with scotch tape off the metallic buttons of the intensely elaborate espresso machine. The second she peeled with a sheet of saran wrap off the marble panel that read the palm print itself. A circular maneuver, but it worked. The elevator door opened. And escaped into the humid summer night.

Raven sat on a stool, hands folded in her lap, eyes flicking nervously toward the hallway every few seconds. “Relax, baby bat. You look like you’re about to confess to murder,” Cherry said, popping her gum and fluffing her curls. “I’m not good at this,” Raven muttered. “That’s why I’m here. Now, listen.” Cherry leaned closer, eyes sharp but playful. “Ozzy’s a cockroach in a gold chain, but he’s dumb enough to be useful. All you gotta do is make him think you think he’s interesting. That’s it.”
