The second was the presence of a stranger standing beside her car, who from the looks of things, was not a friendly person. "Shit," Raven muttered under her breath as she recognized the hoodie that the strange guy was wearing. It was the same person she had seen earlier that morning in her class. She didn't know what moved her to take a step backwards, but she could feel her heart rate spiking as she watched the guy take a step forward. She could swear that she saw him smirk under the hoodie that covered a large portion of his face.

Today, she’s not here, but Raven is—at least, he’s supposed to be. I finally spot the familiar black hoodie and a mop of long black hair in the left corner of the top row, away from the other spectators. I can’t see his face from so far away, but I guess he’s noticed me, since he raises a hand and waves. I can see no pom poms, thank God. I look away and proceed to my place, trying to empty my head of all thoughts unrelated to the game, to allow my instincts to kick in.

Especially not now as I was awake fully and my room was filled with the natural light outside. Raven soon returned and stole one of my hoodies to put on. Like routine, she brushed her hair quickly while peering through the window. "Mom's car just passed if you want to come over to my house? I could read your cards if you want, could be fun," Raven suggested and shrugged her shoulders. I watched while she threw her hair onto a loose bun at the top of her head and stuck her tongue out in the mirror with concentration. "As much as I believe your soul reading stuff-"

Vlad I stopped walking when I saw Raven sprint out of the matron's house with her hoodie pulled low over her face. She was running so fast that she stumbled and fell to her knees, scrabbling at the stones and whimpering in frustration. "Raven, what's wrong?" I asked, taking her hand. She yanked her hand away, pulling her hoodie lower, almost as though trying to disappear beneath it. "Mind your business," she snapped, wiping away her tears with a sleeve of her hoodie.

Even her name meant a small songbird which fits with the sunny weather so well. Robin took a look at the clothes that Wren had brought with her. She was surprised to see a simple yellow sundress with large printed flowers on it. It looks too bright and feminine for Raven’s taste. In fact they had never seen Raven wore clothes as bright as this and with feminine patterns like its flowers. Raven always wore plain shirts and pants all with the basic dull colors. Still, with her porcelain skin and pitch black eyes and a hair as dark as ebony, her plain clothes still suited her so well.

She held on to Ivan’s scarf and shut her eyes. Through his eyes she could make out two big burly men at the table. They were on each side of Ivan. They each had half filled cups of what was probably rum. They were playing cards. She was drawn out of her reverie by the calls of what was unmistakably ravens, she looked up at the sky. They were a few of them hovering above her head.

The second reason Raven would be going is because she has been writing poems in her head a lot especially when she’s going through something so she thought to give it a try. Raven picks a white hoodie and a short knicker from her wardrobe and put a red lip gloss on. Everyone would always compliment her lips because she had full succulent lips. Raven sprays her “berry milky” perfume and “Luisa” body spray . She finally got to school that evening at exactly 3:30 and she’s nervous because a lot of people are registering to recite their poems . She goes to put down her name and sees she’s number 13 “I hope I’m the last “ she says in her mind before her eyes glanced at the name Zendaya as number

Raven twists and turns while raising her arms when we have only one of the pauldrons on and fastened. “Raven hold still, it’s meant to be flexible so you can fight properly. They’re amazing dads. I’m glad to make them proud,” Eya shakes her head, and gives me an amused look while grabbing Raven’s arm to dress her. “Sorry,” Raven apologizes, she stands straight watching us continue to dress her, as Kitty finishes brushing her hair out. “Raven what do you want me to do with your hair; I can comb and tease it so it stands up a few inches, then flows down, I can braid it, or I can leave it down?” Kitty offers.

Since long ago, her people have always fought with vampires, especially the events of a few days ago still left trauma inside Rena. She still imagined how the gaze of the bloodsucking creature looked at his face, with sharp fangs capable of tearing flesh and red-eye beads as if the beginning saw a deep obsession. "But all will be protected if Raven intervenes." Raven? Who's Raven? Ra ...  Raven ...  The man in the Black Hood as she is about to become a vampire meal.

I let out a small breath I had been holding and debate whether or not to mind link Maddox. If there’s a chance Maddox is apart of this then he won’t save me and instead would make things worse. But… I don’t think he’s apart of this anymore. And now that Sebastian’s gone, I wonder if Maddox is the only one I can truly trust. Suddenly, Raven’s face pops in front of the crack of the crawl space. Her eyes are a pitch black with red sparks throughout them and she gives a wicked smile as she says, “Boo.”
