The Lycan Princess' Revenge

The Lycan Princess' Revenge

So I simply struggled, wondering what my family was doing. "I will fucking kill you," he yelled in my face. But suddenly, I watched as the sorrow morphed into something far more chilling. Beta Reiner grinned. His lips lifted in a crazed smile that made my blood run cold. "I will fucking kill you," he said again. He was attacking me out of grief, but he was using it as an excuse to finally be rid of me. He was the Silent Reaper, it finally dawned on me what Aurora had said. The man that was strangling me now was truly a killer, an assassin. The edges of my vision began to darken, and I felt my body go numb. Finally, his weight was lifted off me and air painfully filled my deprived lungs.

The Guardians- Life and Death

The Guardians- Life and Death

So he just gently patted her head three times. "Don't cry, your father will be sad if he sees you from above," said Dark. The girl looked at him. "I'm leaving. Bye!" Dark stood up and the girl said goodbye. ******** Death is an essential element of life and the reaper must claim the souls of the deceased to preserve the balance of nature. The Reaper doesn't "kill" mortals, but simply guide their spirits to the next realm, and it is not their job to judge souls or determine what they will become.

Sphinx

Sphinx

“Of course, I missed you. What are you saying?” “I’m not your father, Rachael. I am a reaper. I am only taking the face of someone you find comfort in,” he says. Rachael wipes the tears from her eyes as her excitement is watered down by the reaper’s words. “A reaper, like grim reaper?” she asks, “Yes,”. “I’m I dead?” “Yes. I am here to take you to the other side,” the reaper says. “My family… are they on the other side?” Rachael asks, “All the ones you care about,” the reaper says with a smile.

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

Bloodbound: The legacy of Serelai

It struck the ground a dozen feet in front of them. Where the beam hit, the scrubby grass, the tough little weeds, the hardy insects, everything simply… turned grey. Not dead. It was still standing, but all color, all vitality, was instantly leeched from it. It became a perfect, static sculpture of its former self, frozen in a moment of absolute apathy. A Reaper. That's what the Overseer had written. Deploy Reapers to sanitize the sector. Their weapon didn't kill. It preserved in a state of non-life. It was the ultimate expression of the Grey Sorrow's philosophy.

The Ominous: Some play it safe, heroes don't

The Ominous: Some play it safe, heroes don't

The reapers extended its finger apart with its plam facing the floor. In less than a minut, several jagged pillars ruby quarts sported infront of us. “Red, what are you doing?,” Daryl asked Adrian. “That wasn’t me,” “Up here Baldy,” The reaper smiled. “And that’s not all,” The android took his other hand, surging it with xenon energy similar to Daryl, and slashed a crescent shape wave destroying part of the pillars. “That reaper has our power,” Rick said. “Bingo Primal,”

DAIMON: "The Reaper's Diary"

DAIMON: "The Reaper's Diary"

A void replaced the pain, but it left a hollow ache. Years passed. I lived as a reaper. Cold. Efficient. Detached. I watched lives end and guided souls to their fates. One gloomy afternoon, I saw my mother's name written in the Death Note. I didn’t flinch. No fear. No sadness. Nothing.... Maybe it’s because I’m no longer human— Just a cold-blooded shell of what I used to be. I reaped my mother’s soul with steady hands. No tears, no hesitation. When it was done, I packed my things and left for Germany— an order from Thanatos.

DEATH BE MY LOVER

DEATH BE MY LOVER

It didn't happen. “It should have.” A voice, out of no where, cut through the hysteria of my mind. I jerked my head back and dart my eyes behind me immediately. There, in the dimmest part of the room, sat the reaper. He was playing with a black belly top — my top. He raised his head and met my gaze. My heart stopped cold. “The moment you took this off,” he raised the top with a finger. “You fell into a dream — a dream I created. A mirror of the real world. In that dream, everything that happened is exactly as it should be in real life.”

This is such a good read. Catalina is really dramatic but I don't blame her I would have reacted the same ......... this is one of the best straight books I've v read in a while. speaking as a BL girlie

This is good. William actually has a personality. in most reaper stories I see, the reaper is just some stone faced sex-craze. Catalina is not too weak or too dramatic. I've not dropped this book since I found it. I don't think I will.

The Descendants - Rise of the Reaper Army

The Descendants - Rise of the Reaper Army

“You need a spear to kill a woman?” A Reaper stopped and stared at her, its lifeless eyes boring into hers. She didn’t know if it understood anything she was saying, but it slowly grinned and tossed its spear onto the ground. “That's it,” she whispered. “You want to take me on?” It stepped over Gabriel and raised its arms into a fighting stance. Focused on Aurora, it did not see Gabriel slowly reaching for the dagger concealed beneath the snow. As the Reaper took its final step, Gabriel rose up and buried the weapon deep into its back. It fell forward and black blood oozed out across the snow.

The Rejected Healer's Retribution

The Rejected Healer's Retribution

"If the core stops turning, we lose the gravity-well. We lose everything!" The Static-Reapers Arrive As the Earth began its fusion ignition, the Sink at the edge of the sector took notice. Out of the Absolute Zero, the Reapers appeared. They weren't ships. They were enormous, spindly needles of "Solid Cold"-beings resembling frozen lightning bolts. They didn't fire weapons; they simply floated toward the Earth, and wherever their shadow passed, all motion halted. Birds froze mid-air, falling like stones. The "Seed-Walkers" in the nurseries turned into emerald statues.

Claimed by the Ruthless Biker

Claimed by the Ruthless Biker

The old world was dying, its systems collapsing under the weight of its own greed, leaving nothing but the raw, unvarnished truth of the road. I resting my hand over my stomach, feeling the steady, calm rhythm of my own breath. We weren't a project anymore. We weren't a corporate investment. We were the anarchy that had survived the harvest, and as the first thunder of the incoming mountain battle began to echo through the valley, I knew the Queen wasn't going to hide behind the stone for long. The Reaper was in the shadows, but the Montague name was already written in the iron of the gates, and we were going to make sure the dark learned exactly who owned the dawn.
