“Watch his eyes tomorrow morning. They’ll either be bloodshot or swollen. He’ll either stay up all night or cry like a baby. He’s my brother—I know him.”
The next morning at breakfast, I stole a glance at Theodore.
Sure enough, his eyes were both bloodshot and puffy.
I leaned toward Benedict and whispered, barely able to hide my glee.
“You nailed it. What’s the next step?”
Benedict shot me a triumphant grin and raised his voice deliberately.
“Sansa, I’ve been thinking… Why don’t we have the wedding in Windhaven? The scenery there is gorgeous.
“Don’t you love the sea? A beach wedding, with the ocean right in front of you—perfect, right?”
