THE PURE ALPHA

THE PURE ALPHA

she asked He shook his head. “I don’t know yet, but they’re closer than you think. Be careful.” As he was leaving he turned to her and said in a voice laced with warning. “Trust no one, Isabella. Not even those you think you can.” As Jasper left, Isabella was bored and she began to walk around the sanctuary until she came to a room filled with books. The room smelt damp and the books were all old obviously from age and use. As she looked through the books she found that they were filled with books and ancient texts from leaders of the packs who had been here before them, their stories of victories and losses and of wars fought in the past.

The Mafia Alpha's Luna

She jerked away, rubbing her arm with a scowl. "What the hell is wrong with you?” she snapped. "One second, you act like I don’t exist, and the next, you’re dragging me around like I’m some prisoner.” I stepped closer, my voice dropping to a dangerous level. "That’s because you are a prisoner, Isabella.” Her eyes widened slightly, but she didn’t back away. Instead, she lifted her chin defiantly. "I don’t feel like one,” she said, her voice steady. "Your people treat me better than you do.”

Siren in the Wind - book one of the MIT2 series

“You know what I’m reading, of course you do.” “I haven’t researched it as I stalked you on camera if that’s what you’re referring to.” Max smiled. “It’s a novel about a woman who rescued thousands of children by smuggling them out of the Warsaw Ghetto in World War II.” “Sounds heroic,” Max said. “I’ve just started, seems good so far.” Abby paused. Max seemed different, more reserved if it was possible. Reserved and distracted. “What’s wrong? Have you heard something?” His eyes shot to hers. “What makes you say that?”

The Principessa’s Return

The Principessa’s Return

“This is Isabella’s real record. Four abortions, caught cheating in casinos seven times, and suspected of selling arms routes from three families. Her child, no matter whose, shouldn’t ever be born.” I looked at the file and suddenly laughed. “Silas, Father told me a consigliere shouldn’t interfere in family violence.” “That’s true,” he said, kissing my forehead. “But it’s a man’s duty to protect his fiancée.” Three days later, news came from Colombia. Isabella accidentally triggered a landmine on the farm. She was blown to pieces, along with her precious child. After kneeling at the blast site all night, Theo requested to return to Sicily the next day.

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

Accidental Surrogate for Alpha

It used to be that I would watch events like this unfold on the news and wonder what our world leaders were going to do to fix it… now I am one of those leaders. The best I can do is take it one step at a time, and though I sometimes feel like I’m shirking my duties with the summit by focusing on the refugees so much, I feel like they need me most. It’s difficult, draining work, but it’s also more rewarding than I could imagine – even when things are tough. And speaking of tough, there is one refugee in particular proving to be a tough nut to crack – not that this is surprising. “Isabel,” I chime, striding into the nursery. The she-wolf looks up from the diaper she’s changing, and her expres

I love this book! I hate that chapters are barely two pages and at this rate I’m probably not going to see the end. For the cost at this rate I could have bought quite a number in physical form. As I have so far spent just under of $100 this is most likely my last Good Novel purchase.

HIS TO DESTROY

HIS TO DESTROY

Eastern Europe, somewhere cold and wet, where people didn’t ask questions and everything felt foreign enough to disappear into. She wore a scarf that covered most of her hair, her coat heavy, and her hands buried deep in the pockets. There were no guards here. No cartel wives. No cameras. No Lucien. No Isa. She was alone. Really alone. The extraction had been fast. Isa arranged a smuggler route through the Baltic corridor. She’d ridden with refugees, moved through truck containers and crumbling train stations, and changed names five times. From Catalina Marín to Maria Lopez. From Maria to Elena Morales. And now—now she didn’t even bother introducing herself. Her mission was clear.

The Twist of Fate

The Twist of Fate

Lucy pushed it open slowly. "Hello?" "Lucy. Thank God." Isabel's voice came from the darkness inside. "Please, come in. We don't have much time." Lucy stepped inside, her eyes adjusting to the dim light. Isabel sat on an old crate near the back wall, looking disheveled and frightened. "Isabel, what's happening? Rachel's looking for you. Everyone thinks you ran." "I didn't run. I escaped." Isabel stood, wincing like she was injured. "The safe house was compromised. Someone was coming for me, someone Mirabel sent. I had to get out."

Burn Loot

Burn Loot

“And now, I’ll protect myself. I want to make something of this peace we fought for.” Meanwhile, Isabella had found solace in healing. She began working with therapists recommended by Elena and opened a small gallery in Florence — a tribute to the life she lost and the one she was building anew. She spoke little about Alejandro, but the pain in her eyes slowly dulled, replaced by quiet strength. As spring settled in, the compound held its first open day. Survivors, allies, and locals gathered. Children played on the lawn. Live music echoed through the halls. Elena stood with Dino, her hand laced in his.
