’ Constantine, Uncle Alex’s wolf, yells through the mind-link. Enyo searches the area for him and discovers him and Ryna’s wolf, Alaster, surrounded by six rogues. She dashes towards them, with Vik close behind her, and grabs the tail of a rogue to stop it pouncing towards Constantine as Vik grabs it by the throat and takes it down, snapping its neck. Vik then grabs another wolf’s hind leg, allowing Constantine to rip its throat out and continue fighting. Alaster has another rogue pinned down, so Enyo shifts her focus to the three remaining rogues, who growl at her with their heads bowed low, their teeth bared.

Ryder order his pack to step outside allowing the wolf into they territory. Rohan, the cunning leader of the rogue wolves, stood in the cover of the dense forest, hidden from prying eyes. Joy surged within him as he watched his pack members skillfully infiltrate the boundaries of the Moonstone Pack. It had taken months of careful planning and covert maneuvers, but they had finally succeeded in their mission.

The wolf, who had been busy chewing up Gavin, spat out his shoe and growled menacingly, followed by jumping on me. I sidestepped, but the wolf managed to push me down with its left paw.
