The clock chimed it’s tune the instant it struck the hour of eight pm. Katniss stood, looking elegant as ever, as she admired herself in front of the mirror in her room. Katniss was dressed in a V-neck ball gown that dipped low enough to show her cleavage. It was an exquisite rouge tulle ball gown adorned with a floral applique . Her long ginger hair was curled and beautifully done into a wrapped textured bun in a bow. Her face which was already starting to undergo the effects of the drugs she was taking, had it’s effects attractively hidden under layers of makeup. Her whole look was bolded by her expensive selection of golden jewelry.

I roll my eyes. "You do look beautiful, Kiara," Luke smiles, pulling me into a hug. "No hugging, we don't want to ruin her makeup," Kate says, prying me away from her brother.
