Suddenly I saw a light from a distance, breathing a sigh of relief, I walked towards the light being careful not to trip on anything. I walked forward but the light seemed to be in the distance. I continued walking, but it was still too far. Taking the risk, I started running towards the light. I couldn't remain here, the dark place scared me. I kept on running and I noticed it was getting closer, but I stopped noticing that I wasn't getting closer to it, instead, the light was gett

My heart racing, I started running blindly forward, my feet pounding against unseen ground. The howling wind grew stronger, threatening to lift me off my feet. Desperately, I searched the blackness for any sign of escape or refuge. There! In the distance, the faintest glimmer of light. I ran faster, my lungs burning, desperate for that little beacon of hope. As I drew closer, I could make out the jagged form of a cave.

I can hear whining and wolves howling and then I see light fill up the sky again. Oh what did I bring us into, I continue running looking at the trees for any sign of Lei. I start to panic and then I hear the beast closing on me. I turn to look and trip just like I did in my nightmare. More light fills the sky and I move in that direction. I freeze when I come across a clearing and the beast comes out racing towards the wolves attacking a hooded figure.

I have to escape! I do the only thing that comes to my mind: I run.

I read it quickly. Dear Dean, I'm sorry to write you this letter. My pack isn't safe anymore. The news about who I am is out and I will be hunted to the ends of the earth.
