She’d been waiting. The door creaked open. Jade stepped in—tall for a senior, shoulders broad under the faded band hoodie, black skinny jeans hugging narrow hips, combat boots scuffed at the toes. Her auburn hair was shaved on the sides, longer on top, falling into hazel eyes that always looked like they were daring someone to say something. She locked the main door with the janitor’s key she’d “borrowed” last month. The click sounded final. Riley pushed off the wall. “Took you long enough.”

Steph said gently. “I am,” I said. She tilted her head. “Like… a counselor?” I shook my head. “Not exactly.” The silence stretched. “You know we’re here for you, right?” Rina said. I looked at both of them—these girls who knew versions of me that I no longer recognized. Who saw a Jasmine who laughed too much and tried too hard and always acted like she had a plan. That Jasmine wasn’t gone. But she was… adrift. “I know,” I whispered. “Thanks.”

Blake's POV The room brightened up and I heard Jade's voice, making me pull away from whatever her name is, "Blake?" she uttered my name, I looked towards the light switch to find her standing there, one hand on the switch and the other holding her bathrobe in place, shock overwriting her features as she stared at us, her hands fell to her sides and the robe slipped open, exposing her fair legs and the night shirt she had on wasn't buttoned completely, showing off her cleavage and a few bits of her stomach. This was all her fault to begin with, walking around the house in such flimsy clothes and I can't even touch her, she's the reason why I have to resort to this.

The leaves rustled with unease, and the once serene atmosphere grew tense as if the very trees themselves could sense the tumultuous history between the two sisters. Moments later, Jade emerged from the dense undergrowth, her presence dark and foreboding. Her long, raven-black hair cascaded down her back, and her piercing emerald eyes seemed to glow with an unnatural intensity. She wore dark, flowing robes that seemed to absorb the light around her, adding to her eerie appearance. "Seraphina," Jade said with a voice that held a hint of both bitterness and smugness. "It's been a long time, hasn't it?"

Don Ferrer has two children who are as beautiful as his wife, Lucia. Jade is his eldest child, nineteen years old, beautiful, has a brave aura, smart and good at using a weapon in battle. I also send a few to gyms–I prefer working with sports teams, but beggars can't be choosers. Jade leaves after lunch for a meeting with a professor she’s assisting on a research project. She really is going to be super busy–she has rotations six days a week, is taking part in a research project, and has to study for exams while at it. And then there’s her fiance going abroad all of a sudden. Other than the moment she got teary earlier, she hasn’t shown any other signs that she could be struggling. I’m not sure I want her to leave too soon.

He did and they met. “Good to see you again, Primo!” Jade’s high-pitched voice ensued. She was wearing a white tight halter top that showed her cleavage and a white skirt lengthened to her inner thighs, exposing so much of her skin. “Ms. Jennifer told me to wait for you. I patiently did, like a good girl.” She continued and subtly bit her lower lip while intensely looking at him.

Mabel walked closer and sat beside her. “No, you’re not,” she said gently. “What’s wrong?” Jade sighed, her fingers tracing the rim of the teacup on the table. “It’s nothing,” she whispered. “Just… too much on my mind.” I sat down opposite her. “If it’s about Kieran, you can talk to us. You know that, right?” Her eyes flicked to mine briefly before she looked away. “I don’t even know where to start, Jake. Everything feels like it’s falling apart. Hardin’s condition, my son trapped under Ariel’s control… and now, Stefan…..”

Stella’s P.O.V. The Next Morning I can’t stop smiling as I rush around my room, throwing clothes into my suitcase. Today is going to be perfect—a trip with my best friend, Leah, and my boyfriend, Jade. It’s his birthday today. I’d met Jade a year ago in a coaching institute. He was the guy everyone noticed—popular, confident, and way out of my league. I, on the other hand, was just ordinary. Not stunning, not sexy, just me. Easton responded sarcastically, “While you’re at it, tell her I’m busy.” “I did,” Kai replied, his tone exasperated. “She won’t have it. She’s determined to see you. So just see her so my ears can have peace.” “Torturing you doesn’t seem like a bad idea. And Jade seems like the perfect fit.” “If I die, no one would handle working for you. Not even Amanda.” “Fine. Let her in and get it over with.” Kai gave a small nod and exited. Moments later, Jade waltzed in. She wore an emerald-green dress that shimmered under the dim office light, with her hair laid down in loose waves covering the hand print Scarlet had left.
