Falling for My Billionaire Best Friend

Falling for My Billionaire Best Friend

Bash and Lizzy look at their parents with wide eyes. *** Hughes throws a great party for Bash. They invited their close family friends, and of course, our friends are here. The wide lawn of King’s mansion is decorated with hundreds of pumpkin-shaped lanterns. It’s is an early Halloween party. There are pumpkins scatter around the place with artificial spider webs, plastic human skeletons, masks, and of course, artificial smoke. Even food is very Halloween-y in skull shapes, bones, and fangs. The drinks are green, red, and black.

I enjoyed this story, it keeps you engaged. There were time jumps and jumps from place to place that had no explanation and were hard to follow. Also it really needs some heavy proofreading and fixing grammatical issues. good story line and loved Bash's character... why was the journal important?

Beautiful story. My only issues, although this has nothing to do with the writing but the characters themselves, is how they are both too stubborn to just be honest with their feelings. Also, idk what’s the connection to FOX. It seemed interesting but it got forgetten. Why get the journal?

The Rules Of Kissing Girls

The Rules Of Kissing Girls

I swatted her hand away, rolling my eyes. We moved through the aisles, Amber tossing things into the basket with zero hesitation. Chips, pasta, strawberry yogurt, a bag of gummy worms, a magazine she wasn’t going to read, a random candle shaped like a pumpkin. “We don’t need that,” I said. She gasped, offended. “Ethan. How dare you disrespect Pumpkin Gerald.” “His name is Gerald?” “Yes,” she whispered dramatically. “He is a single father of three tiny mini candles. Show some respect.”

the girls asked, their excitement waning, "are you photographer or not?" "Well, I guess..." "Matt!" Jake shoved him in the shoulder, warning him to cut it out. "Okay! What can I do for you today, ladies?" Matt left with the girls further down the stalls to do some shooting with a group. "Ok...and now it's just me," Jake sighed. "Jake?" the familiar voice made him freeze instantly as he turned round. She was standing next to a stall, observing an extremely large pumpkin that was hollowed out with a large mouth but with no eyes and had a low light glowing inside it.

Revenge Of The Trillionaire Heiress

Revenge Of The Trillionaire Heiress

“Do you think the nurses will get scared?” I laughed, ruffling his hair. “Oh, definitely. They won’t be expecting such a spooky ghost!” Andrew and I helped him carve a few pumpkins that morning, turning each one into a different character—some goofy, some scary, and one that Tristan declared was the "king pumpkin." We set them up along the windowsill, and Tristan giggled as he imagined each pumpkin “watching over” the hospital room.

Not His Wife Anymore

Not His Wife Anymore

Pumpkins had started showing up around the ward. Not real ones, but plastic, hollow, and too bright, but still pumpkins. Someone had taped paper bats along the hallway bulletin board, and the cafeteria offered watery orange punch they called “spooky brew.” It was almost Halloween, and Naya couldn’t stop thinking about how, this time last year, she’d been at Adrian’s office party, dressed in black silk, drinking real champagne. Now she was in paper slippers, eating Jell-O that looked like blood but tasted like cherry cough syrup.

It went down past the lobby, past the basement, plunging deep into the foundations of the building. When the doors finally opened, a wave of low chatter and jazz music washed over us. The space was a massive, subterranean theater, designed like a classical opera house but dripping in modern, decadent wealth. Heavy crystal chandeliers hung from the reinforced concrete ceiling, casting a warm glow over a crowd of people wearing intricate, elegant masquerade masks. This entire operation belonged to Santiago De La Vega—a legendary Latino kingpin whose wealth eclipsed half the politicians in the country. We weren't just stealing from a rival; we were robbing the most dangerous host in the city.

The Rising Temperature between Me and My “Step-brother”

The Rising Temperature between Me and My “Step-brother”

"Really, no hot guys? At a costume party like this, where everyone’s either wearing masks or dressed as someone else, and still no one good-looking?" Gina sounded disappointed. "Maybe there are," Erik said, glancing back. There was Pinocchio with a fake nose, Link in a cheap costume, Mickey Mouse in a full-body suit, an actual clown, and a ghost who’d just cut two holes in a white sheet. And then there were the zombies—by far the most common—with pale faces, red scars, and blackened teeth.

The president's house has a lovely wife 2

The president's house has a lovely wife 2

When Grainne came home, Harry stood up happily, showing her half-finished craft work, "Mom, here's the pumpkin lantern that our teacher told us to make at home, Uncle William did it with us. It's Harry! What do you think, isn't it beautiful?" This pumpkin lamp has just finished the frame and has not yet been shaped and colored, but the meticulousness and sophistication of the maker can be seen. Grainne patted Harry's head and smiled. "Yeah, Harry did the best, did you thank Uncle William?" Harry immediately nodded: "I thanked William already! Mom, Uncle William bought you a big toy today!" Saying that, he ran back to his room and pulled out a gift bag bigger than himself, inside was a giant

You Taste Like Trouble To Me...

You Taste Like Trouble To Me...

Her eyes were fixed on the skull, and she made a small, nervous whine that sounded like the most pitiful noise in the world. Charlotte gaped at her Aunt, then back at the skeleton. “Romy,” She breathed. “Are you not seeing that?” “What?” The older woman snorted, her eyes trailing to the heap of bones. “That?” She waved her arms in large circular motions and then rounded on the skeleton with a louder laugh. “I am NOT falling for this bullshit again. Did you leave that here?” The woman aimed her question at Megan. “Huh? Was this why you were sneaking around, sunshine? Stashed some Halloween decorations in here and wanted to see if they would freak anyone out?” Romy placed her hands on either s

Scarlet “What about this one?” Jackson races forward to the biggest pumpkin he can find. “I think that might be a little too heavy,” I laugh. It’s late Monday morning, and Jackson and I are at the pumpkin patch with Quinn, Archer, and Emma. “How about this one?” I point to a round, white pumpkin. “It lost all its color!” Jackson’s eye widen in shock, making both Quinn and I laugh. “It’s supposed to be like that,” Quinn explains, adjusting Emma in the baby carrier she’s wearing. “Ohh, a cat!”
