I told you that people were after Mason and I, and when they caught up with us it got ... a bit ugly. Mason and I got separated, when I found him he was about to die" I began, my voice cracking.

Her life flashed in front of her, fearing that she would get jailed then sentenced for her crime and put on death sentence. Maybe it's for the best. The woman thoughts wondered, she was tired of running, she kept on thinking that maybe it was her time to surrender for her crime. But her survival instinct got the best of her, when she eventually formed her words. "No hospital...please...I'm fine, I will be...I just need to..." her small weak voice just made his heart hurts. That voice just bring back the memory of his mother and his abusive father. He was five when his mother passed away by his father's bare hand, as he beat her to her death.

Blair closed her eyes, tears streaming down her face, as she prayed for someone to come and rescue her from this nightmare. The same man who saved her from something like this earlier was doing the same thing to her, forcing her to do what she didn’t want to do. Blair looked up at him with her eyes filled to the brim with tears, she wished and prayed that someone would come to save her but she knew deep down that it would never happen, she was all alone.

As the flood carried me towards the sewer, and my vision blurred out in watery holocaust, together with my hearing which was impaled with shouts from inside the church and the roaring of the thunder, a hand grabbed me; the hand of God.
