The Darling of the Paranoid Tycoon

The Darling of the Paranoid Tycoon

All that pain and guilt could be borne by her as a mother! "Mom, before that, you need to help me do one thing. There's a video of me in the hands of the man who saved me from the illegal ship. That video can’t be discovered by Vernon, or I’ll be doomed!" Just thinking about those humiliating things made Nora retch involuntarily. Bessie also bore responsibility for her daughter's suffering, so she quickly came up with an excuse for Nora and urged her to immediately contact the man in black who had saved her from the illegal ship.

The CEO’s Temptation

The CEO’s Temptation

****************************Mack’s POV********************* The morning sun filtered through the massive windows of the conference room, but it didn’t warm me. Nothing did lately—not coffee, not victory, not even Claire’s hand resting on mine. Nora had been rescued. She was recovering slowly under full protection. That should’ve felt like a win. But I’d seen her face. Pale, eyes distant, lips trembling when she whispered about the walls, the sound of footsteps that never belonged to anyone. Whatever Liam did to her… it had shredded something permanent.

The Werewolf Summoning

The Werewolf Summoning

Forty-five: Nora Connolly Nora didn’t listen well. When you spent your time fending for yourself, listening to what others wanted was usually the last thing on your mind. Roman dressed hurriedly and was running down the stairs. Nora, who was becoming more comfortable with her magic, snapped her fingers and was dressed within seconds. She ran down the stairs with him. “Nora!” someone was screaming her name. It took her a second to register that it was Winter. And that was only because she saw her being levitated up in the air against her will.

Nora continued, “I want answers too. But if this is real, Mira is not the same woman you dated anymore. She is a billionaire’s wife now. You are not just going to walk up to her and claim her, you might get killed.” Noah’s mind slowly started to clear, like something clicking back into place. “I am a billionaire too, you know,” he said flatly. “Say that again,” she replied with a small smile. He stared at her for a moment. It was hard to believe she would actually help him, especially knowing how much they disliked each other. Still… “So you have a plan?” Nora did not hesitate. “Yes. Maybe one or two,” she admitted. “But I will only tell you if you promise to take me with you.”

Love's Inferno: When Fire Meets Ice

Love's Inferno: When Fire Meets Ice

"No matter how you look, Dad, I'll always love you." Brad frowned. "That doesn't make me feel better, Nora." When they got to the living room, Doris and Max were already waiting along with a bowl of popcorn, settling on the coffee table ready to be eaten. Everyone glowed with a jovial smile as they exchanged pleasantries. When they were all finally settled, Nora connected her iPad to the TV and started the movie. "The title of the movie we're about to watch is "Across The Stars". I checked out the trailer and it seemed pretty cool," Nora announced with enthusiasm.

The writing was good. Interesting twists in the story. However, I got irritated when Doris was being immature. Love how 8 years old Nora and 4 years old Max acted and spoke mature. Hated that the transition between events was not always smooth and the wrong gender was used often. Nice, happy ending.

When His Eyes Opened

When His Eyes Opened

"No need. You are you, and Avery is Avery. Even if you had gotten cosmetic surgery to look more like her, you will always be different people in my eyes." Nora nodded obediently. She turned around and her expression suddenly shifted. She grabbed Elliot, "Elliot, look out!" Elliot could not react in time. Nora was hugging him tightly! He quickly turned around to see a metal rod protruding from Nora! If Nora had not shielded him, the metal rod would have sunk into him. Nora was in a floral dress that bloomed red with blood. Elliot tensed and yelled, "Call an ambulance!" … When Avery returned from Bridgedale, she heard a rumor that Nora had been admitted to the hospital because she had gotten h

Nora: Rejected Lost Princess

Nora: Rejected Lost Princess

"Well, that's not for us to decide. We can't go back and tell Carlos that you pleaded with us and we forgave you." "It's not like we want to kill you or something," another said with a shrug. "Alpha's orders." Nora looked around desperately, searching for an escape route. There was nothing behind her but the cliff edge and the churning river far below the ground. She backed up, feeling loose stones shift under her feet. "Please," she begged. "Don't do this to me, I beg you." One of the wolves lunged forward, not to attack but to frighten her. It worked. Nora stumbled backward, felt the ground give way, and then she was falling, the wolves' faces disappearing above her as the rush of air and

how many chapters are there in the book and why do you continue to make Carlos a pain in the ass and a main character I thought the story was to destroy him and take everything from him I would think he should be dead not trying to be sexual with Nora she is better than that and needs better than it

Why do I feel the female lead is pathetic? And what's up with these alphas always rejecting someone they like because she's weak only to cry buckets later? The book is very interesting though, I like and recommend it.

Her Saving Grace

Her Saving Grace

We both left the kitchen and went into the living room, where an impatient Jaime stood waiting on us at the front door. The afternoon spent at the movies with my best friends was great. We watched a horror film as all of us except Jasmine loves horror movies. She didn't agree at first, but gave in, because it was three against one. The movie that was playing was 'Bethany'. It was out a long time ago, but because of the situation at my house, I haven't gotten the chance to watch it. When I got back to Carson's house, it was after six. As I entered the living room, I saw Ms. Linda walking from the kitchen; an apron tied around her waist. She smiled at me in greeting and I waved at her.

Frequently Asked Questions

The web novel 'Saving Nora' grabbed me from the first chapter with its blend of fantasy and emotional depth. It follows a protagonist who stumbles into a parallel world where a girl named Nora is fated to die tragically. Determined to rewrite her destiny, they navigate a labyrinth of political intrigue, supernatural threats, and personal sacrifices. The magic system feels fresh—it’s tied to emotional bonds rather than mere spells, which adds layers to every interaction. What really stuck with me was how the story explores free will versus fate; Nora isn’t just a damsel but a complex character fighting her own battles.

The middle arcs introduce a rebel faction that challenges the world’s rigid class hierarchy, mirroring real-world struggles. I binged it in a weekend because the pacing never lets up—each victory feels hard-earned, and the villains aren’t cartoonish. The ending? Let’s just say I cried over a fictional revolution while eating ice cream at 2 AM.
