I don’t know who is hurting me or why because the only sounds being made are from me. At some point, I black out, the pain becoming too much for me to bear. I come to a bit and can feel my body floating. I can’t open my eyes or move my body, but it doesn’t matter because I black out again. I’d pray to the Moon Goddess to spare me, but I’m not sure it would be worth the effort. I do send a prayer that Zahara will find someone to love her since it can’t be me.

"Jessica was looking for a trophy. Serena was just looking for a way out." Silas blinked, a slow, mechanical movement that felt a second too long.
