Novel & Cerita Scarlet Letter Plot

"That doesn't justify your actions in killing Gregor's son, Nikolai." "And I ain't planning on justifying anything here," he replied. "You surely think of yourself as something big or so, but I want you to know where you stand, Nikolai. I'll make you pay for this, that I shall see through." "I'll be expecting that day, Mr. Hawthorne, but for now, I'm sure you have better things to attend to than wasting your time with me." He was right. Scarlet's life was on the line, and her getting involved in all of this was one thing I wouldn't have wanted. But now it was happening. What bothered me most was the fact that Gregor had kidnapped her.

Epilogue 【Darren’s POV】 The bullet tore through my chest. Blood poured from the wound, staining the floor red. I collapsed onto the cold concrete, my consciousness fading. But in a strange way, I felt a moment of perfect clarity. All the fog had lifted. I finally saw the truth. Scarlett had never betrayed me. The letters, the photos, they were all Angelina's tricks. And I was the biggest fool in the world. I remembered Scarlett when she was pregnant.

Her thoughts returned to what she had heard, so she tightened her grip on the brake and steering wheel. Scarlett arrived in the nearby area of Ferdinand’s quarters, and she pulled over near the quarters and took her belongings. She took a deep breath before proceeding to the quarters, but she stopped when she noticed many staff members guarding the massive gate, so she hid on the side. Scarlett took the bomb, opened it, and threw it at Ferdinand’s men, causing a loud explosion that left Ferdinand’s men in chaos. She threw another bomb to create a large amount of smoke, then ran and prepared her weapons.

Her fingers trembled slightly as she untied the ribbon and unfolded the page. The ink had faded, but every word remained readable. *"Scarlett, If you are reading this, then you have met Gideon. Trust does not come easily to our family, so I won't ask you to trust him because I say so. Instead, listen before you judge. He once saved my life. More importantly, he chose to lose everything rather than betray the truth. If he has survived long enough to place this letter in your hands, then fate has been kinder to him than it was to me."*

His shirt was rumpled and damp; she unbuttoned it halfway and slipped it off, leaving him in his undershirt. She stood there for a long moment, staring down at him. “You’re not the monster I thought,” she said softly. “The real devil was her.” But then her jaw tightened. “Still, you let her win once. And I can’t forgive that… not yet.” She turned to leave, closing the door halfway—when a scream tore through the silence. Leo. Scarlet’s heart lurched. She ran down the hall, the sound of her bare feet slapping against the wooden floor as she reached his room.

Scarlet Three days later, I decided to make a move. One solid move that'll get me out of this place and get my daughter back to me safely. In exchange for my daughter, I'd promised those monsters that I'll get them the pack's territorial map. I never knew or understood their obsession with the pack. I was the one who walked into their trap, and I hated myself for getting my daughter involved. I hated myself for following Henry that night. If I had known, I would've stayed back at home like he wanted.

Scarlet couldn't move her eyes from the book, the book seemed to have sorcery power, inciting her to get it. It should be okay to see, isn't that so? Because this book is somewhat special, scarlet hesitated for some time. After she struggled, she chomped her lip and got the book. She was going to open it. "what's going on with you?" As soon as scarlet opened the first page, she was startled by the sound from the entryway. "what!" She screamed and the book in her grasp tumbled to the ground. Jared's eyes followed the falling book, and he suddenly became nervous, his face hardened.

The priestess urged and she strained again. The mirror flashed and Scarlett's image came into view. The mirror showed her how much pain Scarlett was suffering from and how the obstinate lady was trying to hide it from Xavier. It also showed when Scarlett coughed blood and also when she passed out. When the images faded, Cassandra smiled evilly. "This is only the beginning." **end of flashback**

Scarlet didn't understand what he said, she immediately stood and apologized. "Why are you apologizing scarlet? " "Because it was not intentional" "I doubt, why are you still here, you are wasting your time" "But... "She became speechless and left. Scarlet went back home took her bath, dressed up, and followed Kesley to school for their graduation. "So tell me, Scarlet, where did you go to this early morning" "I went for a walk and tell me, what happened last night, I don't remember anything" Kesley kept quiet for a moment and told her all that happened last night.

SCAR'S POV. Red. Then it's black. Who am I? Who am I? What am I? Kill. Kill her. No....stop it stop talking to me. Moonlight? Where are you? It's like loosing control. The darkness slowly evolving. No... stop. Stop it. Who are you Scarlet...? Control. Everything. Control. Scarlet is Scarlet. (Authors mid-note: it's kinda confusing I know. Bit that's the whole deal. To be confused ;) )
