Keinan had just scrambled out of the hole when Sebastian slapped him again. Although it looked slow, it was actually unbelievably fast. It was just so fast that those watching could only see the shadow of it several seconds after it passed. They didn't see the actual thing at all. Keinan was sent flying once more. As he struggled to stand, blood poured from all the orifices on his face. Even his vision had gone blurry. "Is that all Lord Ephraim has taught you? You've disappointed me," Sebastian said, shaking his head.

He picked up the phone, the screen illuminating his sharp, emotionless features in the dark room. There was a video file waiting. He tapped it with his thumb. The screen buffered, then played a high-resolution clip of a beautiful blonde woman tangled in expensive white silk. She was completely bare, arching her back for the camera, her eyes half-closed as she moaned his name. The text underneath it blinked: Miss you. Sebastian watched it for exactly three seconds.

Finally, after several attempts, Caitlin closed the video, and the sound ceased. Sebastian’s heart was racing, feeling like wild grass growing uncontrollably. Damn it. "Is the air conditioning not on?" he asked, feeling unusually hot. "I’ll turn it on!" Caitlin hurried to switch on the AC, needing some cool air as well. "You’re sure that video was from Peter’s USB? Are you sure you didn’t just put it on yourself?" Sebastian asked, now suspicious. Caitlin didn’t expect him to doubt her intentions. "Do you think I’m that bored? Playing this kind of thing for a blind man to hear? Am I insane?"

“I never expected you to come back so soon, Klein. You mentioned that you will be staying in the pack for one week. What happened?” Klein let out a sigh. His serious expression earlier was replaced by worries as he looked at me. As I met his gaze, I couldn't help but be stunned. Her father just waved his hand that made Sebastian rolled his eyes. He peeked at her for a moment then a purplish-black fog surrounded him until he disappeared. Three thousand kilometers away from the Larin Continent, Sebastian suddenly appeared in the cliff of a mountain. He stared at the direction on the Larin Continent as his brows were knitted. 'A butterfly that needed an arduous and thorough chrysalis to attain the fourteenth.'
