He handed me the book which was much heavier than it looked. I turned the book to read it’s title. How to summon the gods. I sighed, although I know it was not of my use I nodded and the librarian visibly relaxes. Something about him didn’t click me. I mean he was fearing me and all but he looked obvious to everything at the same time.

I despise him so much and it is so hard to hide from this world when you know that every corner of this Academy is shouting Cayden's name. We just went to the shelves and I looked for a book to read because. I was thoroughly checking the books when I touched a book and it felt like I was suddenly electrocuted so I immediately let go. Shit, is this what they call static? I was curious, I looked at the book and I raised my hand again to touch it and this time I was not electrocuted. I took the book and looked. It is a brownish color book with moleskin. It looks old but still, it is in a good condition. I just read the title of the book.

Anastasia just nodded and dismisses her. Sighing in defeat, she force herself to placed down the book for awhile. She was reading that book for almost three days. The title of the book is 'Belladonna'. As a reader and as a critic, she can say that the book was really good–no, it was incredible. It was well-written and the story plot was very interesting. But sadly, she cant read it continuously specially that her chosen profession was very demanding. So she doesn't have a choice but to read it part by part.

I was speechless. 'Ah, I forgot about that.' The book I was reading was called 《The Male Lead's Lover》. It was a story filled with crappy cliché, and I also don’t know what I ate to read that kind of book. Maybe I was momentarily out of my mind and bought that book in the bookstore, or maybe I was asleep as I picked that book on the shelf.

It was at the playground, when she’d come to pick up Lisa–the extra cute little girl I’d instantly fallen in love with the moment I laid eyes on her. “Of course I do. How‘s little Lisa?” “She’s good. And she won’t stop talking about you.” “She’s a nice kid.” I admitted, “She is,” Rose agreed, before her gaze shifted to the book in my hands. “Interesting selection,” she commented, with a small smile and I looked down at the book I'd picked. ‘Beginners Guide; How to Ruin a Man in Bed.’ Out of all the books in the library, I just had to pick this one. Heat rose to my cheeks—good thing it was hidden beneath the curtain of my hair.

Kennedy POV. The weather was bad, but I needed to get that new book, it's Robert birthday gift, who'd knew a grown up man would kill for the newest werewolf love book. I got into my car, drove carefully toward the local book store, they had the new book reserved for me. It was supposed to one quick drive, until I walked into the library. A girl was sitting on a bean bag, her blond hair was covering her eyes with overgrown bangs, she tried to huff them away from her face but to no use. She looked young, maybe she's just here with her parents, looking down at the book she had in her hands it was a kids story. Does she read for the local kids? Or is it just for her?

He still puckered his lips and furrowed his eyebrows like he used to as a kid when he was focused on what he was doing. I chuckled, making him turn toward me. "Hey, sis. When did you get here? I didn't hear you walk in." he asks, making me roll my eyes as I smile foolishly. I kissed his cheek and sat next to him. "Just now. What are you reading?" I asked, making him clear his throat as he looked at the back of the book and showed me the cover. "Uh, Pound The Stone, by," "Joshua Medclaff," I said, feeling proud. "Good choice," I added, making him chuckle. "So you've read it?"

His eyes never left my face, and I just couldn't bring myself to stare back at him. I was about to leave when I spotted the book he was reading from the corner of my eyes. He had closed the book when I walked in, so I saw the cover and title, "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee. I looked up at him in astonishment, "I didn't think you would be interested in classic literature."

ISABELLE’S POV I flip the page of the book with the help of my left hand. The name of the book which I am currently reading is “The tales of Ash Ville”. It is a nice book and it includes the horror stories of the town. It is a fictional book but I like it and has captured my attention. I found this in the library a few weeks back and I thought to read it. Today I saw it in the books which I had not read so I decided to read this one.
