Beneath the Shadows

Beneath the Shadows

A thick fog rolled in from the ocean, shrouding the rusted shipping containers and abandoned cranes in eerie silence. The only sound was the distant crashing of waves against the dock and the faint clicking of weapons being loaded. Enzo stood in the middle of the yard, surrounded by his men—Luca, Nico, Federico, and the rest of his crew. Their faces were hard, their fingers resting lightly on their triggers. Across from them, Diego Torres emerged from the shadows, his army of killers fanning out behind him.

Shadows Of Deception

Shadows Of Deception

(THIRD POV) Dr. Collins leaned back against the cracked leather seat of the taxi, her fingers drumming restlessly on her lap. The sky outside had turned a heavy, ominous shade of blue, the last light of the day smothered by thick clouds, and the streetlights buzzed to life, casting long shadows across the road. It was so much darker than when she had first left Ivy’s place; the hours had slipped away faster than she realized, and the creeping night felt like a veil of anxiety settling over her shoulders.

Shadow of Yesterday

Shadow of Yesterday

Navigating the dark woods in the pouring rain was far from easy but Wade had every emotion in the fabric of his being keeping him going. Another source of light appeared at the far end. It was an abandoned cabin in the middle of nowhere. Wade had a feeling that he had arrived. He stopped the car in the dark and abandoned it. Other than the light inside, there was nothing about the cabin that gave a hint that it wasn't completely abandoned. Wade stepped out of the car and blended into the darkness. His body shivered the moment the cold drops of rain touched his skin. He wasn't equipped to deal with it, nor did he care about it. All he could think of was Cody’s loyalty, Freddie’s motor mouth a

SUPREME GHOST WEREWOLF

SUPREME GHOST WEREWOLF

“Allan, your shadow manipulation will be crucial here. We’ll need to rely on your expertise.” Allan, his face set with determination, stepped forward. “I’ll do my best to guide us through. Let’s move.” With a collective deep breath, they stepped through the portal. The world around them shifted, the bright light of the hub replaced by an eerie darkness. Shadows danced along the edges of their vision, creating an unsettling atmosphere. The ground beneath their feet felt cold and unsteady, as if it were shifting with every step. They moved cautiously, their senses heightened. The Shadow Realm was known for its tricks and deceptions, and they couldn’t afford to let their guard down.

Shadows Of Pleasure

Shadows Of Pleasure

The next morning came faster than I would have liked. I was supposed to meet Atlas in the student lounge area of our dorms mid-morning, But I didn't want to. I can't trust that letting him into my life will be a good thing...It never really is. A good thing for me to let others in. Beneath The Shadows

Beneath The Shadows

The truck sped across the muddy beaten path full of tire tracks from other vehicles. Lukas stared at the bright sky. Even if it was morning, the fact that the things they fight in the shadows existed made the world a dark one that no sunrise could ever illuminate. Back when he was living in ignorance, everything was colorful but when he was pulled into a battlezone where incarnated nightmares are the belligerents, everything just becomes black and white. And he thought that the Moro rebellion was dark enough. This conflict, simply known in the documents as the Shadow War, had made him see everything.

Probably the most challenging story I have written. With about 5 drafts and two years of crafting, it’s my longest work. It’s thrilling. I revisit it sometimes and, he, even I get overwhelmed and awed. I mean, it feels like I’m not the one who wrote it.

I love the world building of this novel! Even when you’re only in chapter one you can already see how the author meticulously planned the settings of the story. It’s descriptive so even if the world is new and unfamiliar the readers could still easily imagine what it’s like.

The Dragon King's Curse

“It’s growing. And my shadow magic reacted.” He placed a hand over hers. “You’re not losing yourself.” “I hope not.” He tilted her chin gently. “I won’t let you.” She leaned into him briefly, drawing strength from the bond. “Tomorrow,” she said softly, “everything changes.” “Yes,” Verath agreed. “Tomorrow, we take the fight to him.” The sun dipped below the mountains, casting long shadows across Ashenrealm that seemed to stretch farther than before.

The Alpha’s Unbroken Mate

The Alpha’s Unbroken Mate

My mark burned in answer, pulsing against my wrist like it recognized what approached. Then, through the mist, I saw them. Shadows. Hundreds of them. At first I thought they were wolves dark shapes moving in eerie formation but as they drew closer, I saw what they truly were. Not living. Not dead. Their bodies flickered like smoke, their eyes glowing silver in the dawn. An army of the fallen. The Shadow Alpha’s host. The ground shook as they marched, soundless save for that awful rhythm the low, steady thrum of war drums that seemed to come from nowhere and everywhere at once.
