The other was not over from his previous attack so when he saw Alex a few feet's apart from him, to his defence he tried to attack and his fangs got stuck in Omega's neck. The omega tripped and fell on the ground. The beta felt maybe he is dead and he was about to leave but before he does Alex's pendent shined and Alex made his final blow.

My forehead throbbed like someone had hacked it with a blade. My hands shook as I tried to wipe the mess away, but more kept coming, soaking my fingers. “Is this it?” I whispered, my voice breaking. “Is this how I die?” A glass thrown at my head like I was nothing? “Why do you hate me?” I sobbed, clutching my forehead. The blood wouldn’t stop. “What did I do?” Marta stood there, her eyes cold and vicious. She didn’t care. I’m an omega. A weak.

Sharon cried. Beta Frank gave a small signal and the Omega seized Sharons fingers. The pain was indescribably. It felt as if her soul was leaving her body. Her wolf, Hela, weakened by wolfsbane, growled in pain. Her screams echoed round the cold dark chamber but there was no mercy for her. "Why would I reject my mate?" She asks. "Well because you are an Alpha and I am scum." A flash of pitty crosses her eyes. "You think you're scum because you are a rogue?" I nod. "I used to be an omega too. That's why I am scum. I'm not worth anything other than being a slave." She looks at her beta again and he shrugs.

I yelled out while donning a pair of pants. As he entered the room, he responded with "Yes, Alpha." "What exactly is taking place here?" I inquired, but my motivation was merely to satisfy my own curiosity. "An omega is rumored to have stolen a ring belonging to a Luna," according to the rumor. It was his statement. Have you taken it? Oh, now, come on.

The scent told me this was the real deal and not just a model. I prodded the skull again, doing my best to suppress my panic when a piece of paper slipped out. Written out crudely on it was: ‘You whore! You ruined everything! Meet me at the pack's east border before midnight. Don’t test my patience, Omega.’ My throat dried at the last sentence. The word ‘omega’ stared maliciously back at me, a title that I could never escape. How did whoever this is was know my identity? I threw on a hoodie, pants and my hiking boots on autopilot. Could they just be speculating?

One of our omegas, who just came out of the kitchen, stops dead in her tracks, dropping the pitcher of ice water she was carrying, looks at him and starts to cry. I got up from my seat and rushed to her side, moving her away from the broken glass of the pitcher she dropped, while another omega cleaned up the glass, and asked her, “Are you okay? What’s wrong?” She shakes her head, and softly says, “ No, please not again. He’s going to reject me too. I’m just an omega.
