I knew what she meant by other shifters. I love to read. Shifters are humans who possess magic and can shift into objects or animals. Some are even elemental, but that is rare. I was nervous about them being there but excited to meet them all. "What about the coronation? I can make sense of some but not the rest." "Hmm, let me see." Jenny closed her eyes to replay the memory.

I am quite uncomfortable with the idea of admitting my faults. "Can you tell me what it is, Lesley?" "I'll pay attention to what you have to say." Later, though, I became frightened, and my tongue seemed to retract as my throat dried up, and I was unable to talk correctly. I instantly shifted my look away from him and directed my concentration in an other place.

She muttered. "You're a shifter?" I asked surprised as I knew my senses were surpressed by the wolfsbane but she didn't have a scent of any shifter I had ever met before and I had met bear shifters, cat and panter shifters and she didn't share any scent markers with them. "Yes. I'm a bird shifter, a dove shifter, in fact." she replied with a bitter smile. "But I guess the term as delicate as a bird rings true. I don't please him, I'm not what he wants."

I snapped. No shifters were the last phase of late shifters and that is where I would be headed if I didn’t shift before 30. To my misfortune, we found the car accident did a lot more physical damage than we were aware of or perhaps it was because Parker and Celine were already shifters that it didn’t affect their ability to shift. I get a lot of questions and I will go into more detail on my social, but specifically I've been asked about Kev, Sam, Emmett, and everyone and it feels like there wasn't a wrap up with them. For me, this wasn't about them. They do have their lives. Kev has his struggles with his first mate and that rejection. Sam and Emmett are going to have a long road ahead of them. Caleb taking over the pack and maybe giving Snow White a chance. There are so many characters I could completely elaborate on but Shift isn't their story. Shift is Sky's story. Yes, Ethan and Justin too. But mostly it's her story of growning and learning and becoming someone she can be proud o
