Shinobi Rogue Lineage Novels & Stories

The rogue screamed and twisted free, tearing flesh in the process, and bolted. Running. Decker lunged after him, stopped. Mid-stride. The instinct to hunt burned hot. But something was wrong. The pattern. The spacing. The way the others hadn’t rushed to defend him. They wanted him to chase. Decker turned sharply and went back into the fight. Tony was already moving to his side. “Three left in the main line,” Tony growled through the link. Decker saw it. One rogue engaged with two warriors, holding them in place but not committing fully. Another hovered near the edge, darting in and out, cutting, retreating.

But I also feel his control, he doesn’t overextend, doesn’t chase, doesn’t let his healing body become a weakness. Good. Because I need him alive more than I need him heroic. I throw myself into the second rogue, teeth catching his shoulder, and we roll in the dust. His claws rake across my flank, not deep, but enough to sting. I shove him off and kick free, then snap at his foreleg. He stumbles. Logan’s wolf barrels past and finishes the disable with one brutal shoulder, check that sends the rogue crashing into the barricade. Our line holds. Then a horn blasts, different tone, lower, cutting through the din. The rogues hesitate. It’s small. A fraction. But it’s real.

My first line of warriors had mostly shifted, some others choosing to fight the rogues in human form. I ran past three rogues, taking each of them down easily. The first two were killed with a swipe of my claw to their throat. The kills were quick. Since I had approached from the side, they did not know that I was stalking them and was able to kill them quickly without so much as a whimper from them. The third rogue had turned to attack but Rollo clamped down on his neck, easily ending his life.

"Alpha, we have a visual on a transport. Southeast quadrant. Sending the link." Logan hissed a curse and signaled the pilot to dive. In the field, I had given up hope. I stared at the grey sky, hearing the distant, rhythmic thumping of rotors. "I'm going to break you," the rogue whispered, unbuckling his heavy belt to bind my wrists. Before the buckle could click, a shadow fell over us. A hand reached down, grabbed the rogue by the shoulder, and hurled him twenty feet across the field like a rag doll.

Sike and Nessa were closer to the entrance, like they always were, ready to run if something came. Just a dream. The same dream. The one I had been having for as long as I could remember. I wiped the sweat off my face and tried to slow my breathing. It never got easier. Every time I saw that woman fall, every time I heard that little girl scream, I woke up feeling like I had been the one hit by that arrow. . . . My name is Lila. I am twenty years old, and I have been a rogue my whole life.

Sweetly I slowly turned around and began to lower to a kneeling position only to swipe out my leg knocking him off balance before standing back up with my foot on the alpha’s throat slowly pressing downwards. "Lastly, I. CANNOT. BE. COMMANDED." I growled, although I still did not have my wolf, I could still sound the part. " for those who want to rely solely on their inherent ability to command rather and gain the trust, loyalty and following of their subordinates then know your audience" I said to the crowd with my foot still pressed to the alpha’s throat. Looking down at him and then back at the crowd I stated, "I am a rogue for all intents and purposes. I do not adhere to commands and thu

I let out a sigh of relief as Noah casually anchored all the Rogues that approached him. Noah's face is very flat when finishing off the enemy. Maybe that's why Noah is called a cold and cruel Alpha. "My Lord will not forgive you," shouted a Rogue to me. I turned, looking annoyed "do you have to shout? My eardrums can break because of you," I said irritably. I hit the rogues at random. Unlike others with their martial arts

One of the rogues is coming up behind him with a silver knife. Nyx roars, leaps, and then stands in front of the rogue, growling menacingly. “No one touches my family,” she said darkly. She jumped on the rogue and had him on his back. She wasted no time and ripped his head off. Rodrigo’s maw looked, and his eyes went wide. I turned to look at the area and saw that Rodrigo had the only rogue left alive. Nyx jumped and landed behind the rogue, knocking him unconscious. “That bastard stays alive until we question him,” she ordered.

Their lost Luna, alive. Before she could speak, a Rogue broke from the tree line faster than the others. It darted toward her, a blur of dark fur and fury. She didn’t have time to move. Zane roared. We leapt, slamming into the creature mid-charge. My claws sank deep, tearing it apart before it could touch her. Its blood spattered across the snow, staining the steps of her apothecary red. I smelled no fear from Lila and it made me furious to realize she had dealt with Roues enough times to overcome that fear.

I then turned my attention back to the rogues, and surprisingly they didn’t run after Becca. They ran towards me full speed. Not even sparing me a chance to shift before they pounced on me. One rogue bit me on the leg, while another aimed for my shoulder. I howled in pain. But jabbed my fingers in the eyes of the rogue that got his canines in my leg. He let go off my leg immediately as he was in pain and I dodged the one that was aiming for my shoulder. I took that opportunity to shift and Lina took over. She lunged at the one that bit my leg, and bit him in the neck, killing him instantly. Then she faced the one that was aiming for my shoulder, scratched his face, drew blood and kicked him
