' The pastor started his sermon from the reading of the Bible. "According to Philippians chapter six verses four to seven, do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Mom said as she drew Ola into a gentle hug. I walked over to the corner of the room where a little shelf was placed, I pulled out the big, black familiar book. It was my dad's most cherished belonging, his Bible. I opened to his favourite verse, walked over to my mom and handed it to her. 2 Corinthians 5:6-8: "So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord."

I asked. "It is in the book of James, chapter one, verse five and it says, 'if any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.' I have so many questions daily, that is where personal revelation is so key! I have been able to find so many answers to spiritual things in just a few weeks that I have been working here. I promise as you take time to read the scriptures, ponder them, and pray about them, you will start to find some answers! I know it is hard to use your time to read a long book that is old and completely out of style but the further you go into the word of God, the further you will be able to find answers

She whispered brokenly, “I know sweetheart, but we can trust, can’t we? We can trust that it’s there.” She wrapped her arms around him and nodded against his chest. “I guess so. That’s faith, is it not?” He remembered the verse from the Bible, ‘now faith is the assurance of things hoped, the evidence of things not seen.’ “Yes, Babygirl. Yes, it is.”

In the bible, it says in James 1:21 (King James Version) "Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls." Engrafted means to insert or fix (something) permanently to something else. The Non-Russians at Mary's Church still kill Russians & disobey God's words. They are lukewarm Christians. They are lukewarm of the worst kind. In the Bible, it says in Revelation 3:16 (KJV)

When one idea is not working shift your thinking to a different one. My daily routine now in order to cancel stress was to just read books on business and Christian literature. I searched for wisdom like a hungry man. I told myself that what if Solomon's wisdom came as a result of studying. I really did carry out much study. Paul says to Timothy 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself a workman not to be ashamed. That's what I started to do day and night. I read on Angels, Holy Spirit, marriage, salvation, forex trade and business in general. I did this for weeks that my mind was now in volume of much literature.

It wasn't spontaneous, although the first day I had seen Jordan, I had been mesmerized by his good looks and charisma but I wasn't drawn to him like I had been drawn to Dylan. I curled my hand around Checkmate's cold palm and cried for the millionth time. I wanted to be strong for him and keep the faith but the coldness of his skin gave me little motivation. His heart had stopped beating for hours and every pulse had died. He was dead. It was impossible for him to wake. Then, I remembered a Bible verse. "For with God, all things are possible." So, I decided to pray. Although it had been a while, I prayed.

“Karani was well loved in this community. She had a wonderful heart and a warm smile for everybody. Her charity programs fed the homeless and her shelters gave them safety from the streets. Karani was such a special person, and her loss is greatly felt by all who knew her. I would like to read to you from John 11 verse 25 and 26. “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he dies, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die.” There was silence in the church and in my mind, I couldn’t understand what he was saying. “God wants us to live forever, we must find peace in His word. Trust and believe in Him. Let God comfort you and guide you

I thought to myself. But then... She began taking me through the Bible.... She made those inspiring verses known to me and explained them all to me in detail. Some of those verses are; Jeremiah 1:5 Which says, “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. " Psalms 139:16 Which says, " You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. "
