She opened one eye slightly as she replied, “Laura,” “Laura, I'm Larry, I'm a vampire and you should probably hold on tight and try not to scream, the speed might feel strange but remember I've got you.” She nodded frantically, closed her eyes again, tightened her grip around his neck and bit her lip to keep from screaming as Larry whooshed them out. In a matter of seconds, they were in front of a beautiful condo surrounded with white picket fence and lilies that were almost completely dead. Their once vibrant colors now looked faded.

I could not believe that we haven't had any injuries yet. While I was lost in thought, I caught a glimpse of something moving along the wood line. It was getting dark already, so trying to make it out was not easy. I almost realized what it was too late. Before I knew it, a vampire was right in front of me. He was staring me in the eyes, and I asked, "See anything you like?" I formed a fireball and smashed it into his face. He immediately turned to dust, and I told Cade, "Well, I guess that takes care of that one." Cade shook his head and laughed.

Rima made me sit on the couch and then sat beside me. She was silent for a while. I waited for her waiting for her to start her story. I knew, that whatever she was going to say to convince me, I was not going to believe it. "Three months before you were here for the first time, the rumors started to spread that a Vampire, while going jogging, smelled magic blood. We grew up hearing about that amazing blood that could make us powerful." she went on.

She screamed in terror. Scott heard the cry and teleported right into the living room. When he saw a man sucking Alijah's blood, he willed a sword out of his hand and rushed to her side. Once he got there, he slashed the man in the back. The vampire stopped feeding from Alijah and turned to face Scott.

She tried to get her neck free from Ethan’s grip with her both hands but his grip got stronger. Alice almost choked to death. In the sky, the cloud started moving a bit faster now letting some moonlight reach the earth. As the moonlight fell on Ethan his grip got weaker and finally, Alice got herself free from Ethan and fell on the ground a few steps away from Ethan. She coughed terribly. She saw Ethan and was shocked to see his fangs. Ethan has turned into his vampire form.

Samantha’s journey as a vampire began as soon as her eyes opened. She felt as if her throat was burning up. She whimpered, confused and suffering. “Darling, you are finally awake,” she faintly turned towards the owner of the voice. She tried to remember where she heard the voice but couldn’t remember. Except there was no blood dripping from his mouth as always described in books. Yet, she was still scared senseless at the sight of a living, vampire right in front of her eyes. He moved closer to her again but this time, she was prepared and understood what he was. She lunged on her feet in fright and prepared to flee. But she had barely moved two steps when that figure appeared in front of her again.
