Six Months Later Nadia's POV Six months had passed since Morgana's defeat. Life had settled into a beautiful and chaotic routine that I never wanted to end. Elena was thriving in her school, topping her class. Her nightmares were rare now and came maybe once every few weeks instead of every night. Her confidence was returning slowly but surely. She laughed more and smiled more and talked about her friends constantly. She was still in therapy with Dr. Mitten but she was healing in ways I never thought possible after everything she had been through.

Not only did I survive the Arctic’s bitter cold for three months, but I gained five pounds as well. Color returned to my pasty face. The hair I lost in clumps due to anxiety had grown back with a vengeance. Tyler observed the data I had compiled and patted my shoulder emotionally. “Naomi, you’re meant to work in this field. I see the light in your eyes again.” I stared at the spectacular northern lights outside the window and smiled. That was right. I felt alive again. One evening on a weekend, I checked the time difference and FaceTimed my parents.

The notes say everything is on track. Six weeks.

I am feeling better now which is why I am uploading. P.S The good news is that, This book is ALMOST done! I am so excited for the ending and I really hope you liked this chapter. The last chapter will be uploaded on 9/5/2020 at 10:00pm Hawaii Standard Time. I am so excited for the last one, because this book has taken me six years to finish. *Axle's POV* After exams and Christmas, which Six, Theo and I spend some of with her mother who got out of rehab and seems to be doing well and some with my family, not including my father, it’s the 3rd of January, and Six’s birthday is tomorrow.
