Kevin and I could hear Violet proclaiming loudly in a haughty tone, "I just wanted Daniel to kill Michelle off in order to appease him. Who would've thought that Michelle was that pathetic? Kevin never loved her at all! He still loves me the most at the end of the day! That's why Daniel had to kidnap me once again. "I feel that I've wasted my breath in describing how much Kevin loved Michelle to Daniel back then. What a shame." Upon hearing Violet's explanation, Kevin turned on his heel and returned to the wedding boutique.

If you go through with this, I can't be your friend anymore, and you'll be a source of shame to everyone you know!" Upon seeing that I was ignoring her, Julie headed straight for Connor. With a glint flashing in her eyes, she pulled the same stunt again, stumbling forward and falling directly into Connor's embrace. I didn't miss the brief, triumphant glint in her eyes. However, Connor merely stepped to the side, causing Julie to fall to the ground and wince in pain. BLADE Chapter One Emiliana's POV At the moment, the only thing on my mind was how to get out of this tight, exposing, goddamn wedding dress. The driver pulled over at a huge mansion. The bodyguards alighted and opened the car door for us. I stepped down and turned back, expecting my husband to step out of the car but he stepped out from the other side and slammed the door shut. Her teary face becoming visible. Her mouth opens and closes again , but no scream leaves her lip.

Angered, Connor strode closer, ready to defend Shayla. Just as he approached, the woman brandished a pocket knife out of nowhere and slashed Shayla's face without hesitation. Shayla's scream echoed throughout the bar. Seeing that, Connor froze in place, his legs refusing to move. But the woman wasn't done. She slashed Shayla's face two more times. After several slashes, Shayla's face was completely drenched in blood. Clutching her face, she cried out, "Connor, save me! Save me!" As she looked toward Connor, droplets of blood rolled down her face and seeped into her eyes.

Olivia's POV “Where did she go?” someone muttered in shock. The sudden disappearance caught everyone off guard. Even the humanoid replica that had been battling Phoenix froze briefly, staring at the empty spot where she had vanished from as though trying to sense her presence. The stage became strangely silent for that split second. Then— “Look there!” someone suddenly shouted. A dark blur appeared behind the replica figure. Before the copy could even react— Slash! A sharp crescent-shaped strike sliced cleanly through its body from the shoulder downward, cleaving it into two halves instantly.

This was the first time Zephyr used Seven Slashes against others. This sword style had seven slashes, each slash carried with it great power and force, each movement better than the last, many would fall before them.
