Menceritakan sebuah kisah tentang hidup ini tidak luput dari keputusasaan, luka bahkan hal yang paling ditakuti yaitu kematian dan tragedi. Brian McDonnie seorang dokter bedah disebuah rumah sakit ternama di kota Domino yang frustasi karena tidak bisa menyelamatkan cintanya akan kah dia bisa mengatasi masalahnya dan membuka lembaran takdir?

Leon, seeorang pria dingin yang sangat cuek dengan sekitar, memiliki kehidupan yang sangat mewah. Kemudian semuanya berubah saat dia menyelamatkan seorang gadis yang sedang di kejar-kejar oleh mafia. Gadis tersebut tidak mengetahui ternyata pria yang menyelamatkannya adalah anak dari mafia yang terus mengejarnya.
