It was a monstrous creature, its grotesque form blending seamlessly with the malevolence of the night. A troll, twice the size of a man, stood before them, its gnarled skin covered in warts and scars. Its eyes glowed with an insidious hunger as it snarled, revealing rows of jagged teeth. The goblins halted their pursuit, cackling with glee at the sight of their newfound ally. Leori's mind raced, searching for a plan, a way to overcome this seemingly insurmountable obstacle. I replied, walking to an accessible compartment with the Goblin holding my hand. “And why the hell would a goblin choose to help us?” Magnus asked again. “It's not up for debate Magnus, the creature stays," I growled. “So you're making decisions like this behind our backs now?" His voice annoyed me, and I could feel Solum shaking. He was scared. I have seen Goblins before on my trips to the world of men. They saw the white light through the dark fog as they passed the school perimeter. “Bet we’ll find Coralis Golmar and Lord Meozo in there?” said Borin. “I’m just hoping we won’t find her brainwashed against us,” said Swope. When the group arrived at the cave, Lord Meozo still had his hand around her throat, but his skin was all dried up and becoming ashy. Her skin was glowing bright, and so were her eyes, still staring into Lord Meozo’s decaying skull. There was a thick black smoke hanging in the air, and bright yellow filaments coated with white light came out of his ears, shooting up toward the sky. Lord Meozo disintegrated in front of their eyes and turned into a pile of ash and dust.

I ran past the sculpture and down the narrow passage, hearing footsteps behind me but not caring enough to turn around. My vision blurred, making it almost impossible to see clearly or judge distances accurately. I quickly covered my nose when I saw the black smoke moving in sinuous, swirling patterns, almost like liquid darkness. It had a shimmering, oily quality, reflecting the faint light from Stalagtor’s luminescent eyes. Though the smoke was primarily black, it occasionally pulsed with eerie glows of deep purples and greens, hinting at a supernatural energy and ancient magic. Even after covering my nose, it was difficult for me to slow down my breath.

The body of a golem is normally constructed from a single raw material, such as rock or clay. These creatures are usually unintelligent, mindless entities and cannot act on their own. They also will not obey anyone other than the person who created them. Golems are made by molding the material in the shape the golem is desired to be, most of the time being humanoid, but animal-shaped golems aren't unheard of.

Once again, the elves voiced their skepticism at such outrageous words. "That can't be possible! Goblins do not possess the intellect to use magic items!" shouted the female blonde elf warrior. The scholarly-dressed male elf stepped forward and picked up the magic item. Summoning a silver engraved cube box in his hand, the top of the cube opened and he dropped the ring inside. Once inside, the aura around the cube and the man glowed a faint blue, disappearing a minute later.

There was a black oppressive aura waiting for them at the end of the tunnel. BANG! There was an explosion at the end of the road. A giant golem with a black body and silver-colored hands had just hit the rock so hard that it sounded like an explosion. All over the golem body was protruding pointy rocks pointing outward. The Golem's body looked tough, sharp, and ready to destroy anything. His eyeballs were blood red with yellow irises. Its size was so large that humans could die from being trampled by the soles of its feet as wide as a train locomotive.

The tunnel was steep now, carved in rough steps that descended in a tight spiral. Coell burst out laughing in excitement as he finally got a Victory, no matter how small. The Victory was short-lived as a massive flaming tiger appeared and latched his teeth into the golem. Within seconds its body was engulfed in flames and exploded into burning splinters and ash. Coell could not believe his eyes, "how can a Diamond Realm mage possess such a powerful flame?"
