CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

CLOWNY MISFORTUNES

There are no courts nor are there sentences for millionaires. The nation's future, the solutions to its problems, cannot continue to depend on the selfish interests of a dozen big businessmen nor on the cold calculations of profits that ten or twelve magnates draw up in their air-conditioned offices. The country cannot continue begging on its knees for miracles from a few golden calves, like the Biblical one destroyed by the prophet's fury. Golden calves cannot perform miracles of any kind. The problems of the Republic can be solved only if we dedicate ourselves to fight for it with the same energy, honesty and patriotism our liberators had when they founded it. Ryoshi
This is an interesting book with intriguing characters and premise. The author does well to draw the audience in and make them part of the story. The narrator feels very genuine, and I began to feel for him. Very well done.
Nightingale ✍️
Mhenn this story is Lit?. It keeps the reader drawn to the main character. At the first chapter I was already glued to how chuka's mistakes caused misfortunes to others. This is definitely a story y'all should read.

As the moon began to rust

As the moon began to rust

Short circuits, and crashing systems were pre-programmed. Andi grew up in the old world: in a time when people still met up with friends in order to talk, and would ask others instead of G****e for an answer to their questions. In his eyes, something has been wrong with society for ages. People have had, and wanted too much. They’ve bought and done too much, and far too much of it wrong, which is why, secretly, they were longing for less.

Misfortunate

Misfortunate

Soceity was men and women who never learned to mind their own business and stuck their mouth in the affairs of others and turned molehills into high ice peaked mountains. I worried about my reputation and what people would say about me, what they would do if another scandalous untrue news came out of me being salacious came out. It would ruin Ma and Kawu, so I took a decision and tried to find a husband. I told everyone I knew what my specifications were and Yaana sent me my spec. Hard to believe but true. Hard to believe but truer than the fact that I'm a Bakura and I've never known nor noticed, truer than the fact that I'm not even a Sheriff.

Traveller Of Two Worlds

I am very serious about this and naturally they had to take it at the same degree that I do, and from my words they also know that this problems is really something that can incite a lot of other type of issues and it needs to be dealt with and fast. “[I see…that is certainly a problem…with the amount of the people that are illiterate…this means, it would create a lot of problems at the administration levels….delays and confusion amongst the new citizens would happen…that is very concerning…]”.(Elijah) “[Not to mention a possible exploitation…remember, although we might already cleaned up the enemies and also the monsters….there are shady and criminal people still remained untouched….given t

FATED TO THE ALPHA'S SHADOW

FATED TO THE ALPHA'S SHADOW

“What exactly do you want, chief? You've reminded me of how these people are only going against the rogues but yet, you did not seem concerned enough for them so why exactly have you called me out today?” “Errr, it is not that I do not care for that. I have been looking for ways to also put an end to all of this.” “And have you found any?” He stares wide eyed. “Not at all. That is exactly why we are here today. We want to know if you have any solutions…for the unfortunate new people in our society.” “Hah.” Indeed.

FETCH MY BABY

FETCH MY BABY

I am only being practical. 'Well, doctor,' Mr. Aku returned. 'I must thank you for the great concern you have shown towards my daughter and this terrible problem that almost cost us her life. It is not that I don't understand what you are saying concerning the social stigma that usually follow this type of problem. For we may know the circumstances surrounding the whole situation. But outsiders must have their own opinions and their own stories. And I know what some of such opinions look like. You see, the problem here is this, how can we find a reasonable fellow who would take very good care of the child these days when people do all kinds of evil things in the mane of making money?'

The Entangled Fate

The Entangled Fate

The point of the story seemed to be that no matter where you go, there will always be problems. "Huh," Jacquard said, examining the illustration. " It is definitely the same character. Can you tell me anything else about it? " A little over a thousand year ago, when wars and crime were finally being stamped out by humanity, there was a movement that said humanity would always have problems. They took the key- Slapping Slizzard as their symbol or mascot. They claimed that making a perfect society was a mistake, that humanity would be more vulnerable to bad things actually if everyone got out of the habit of struggling with evil and poverty and oppression."

Not My Problem Anymore

Not My Problem Anymore

When our tiny apartment leaked, she would squeeze into the corner of the bed with our baby, promising that someday we'd make enough money to live a better life. But the same woman later claimed she'd lost her memory again, locked me in the basement, and fed me spoiled food, all so she could marry her first love, Glen Newton. A chill ran down my spine as I snapped back to the present. I took a slow sip of coffee and smiled. "Mr. Harrett," I said lightly, "once I leave the country, don't forget to wipe away every trace of me, the so-called gold-digger, alright?" Lionel gave a cold snort, grabbed the divorce papers, and stormed off.

Frequently Asked Questions

When I encountered the crossword clue about what a shame, I immediately thought of the term 'sad'. It has that bite of disappointment that fits perfectly. There’s something about the simplicity of just four letters standing in for something that feels much deeper. Crossword puzzles really do challenge how we think about words and their meanings. It’s interesting how one little clue can lead to an entire chain of thoughts about life and loss. Each answer is like tiny bits of poetry that unfold as you work through the grid. I really enjoy solving them during my mornings with coffee, and it’s so satisfying to finally get that last piece in place!
