As it got to the chorus, she began to giggle, like she always did at this part, and with tears burning at the back of his eyes, Damien couldn't stop the smile that spread over his cheeks. For a second, it felt like old times again. Halfway through the song, she began to mutter something over and over again. She was calling out to him, repeating his name and Damien instantly felt pain squeeze in his chest as he tried to stop himself from answering.
