I’m stunned that you’re in Wikipedia but that was my middle school.” Damien immediately got hot, he took his window down, looking for the words to say. “I moved schools a lot and that’s middle school so maybe yes, I could have.” Arya nodded understandably then typed a reply. “He said he might have. He moved a lot.” Damien watched her expressions from the side mirror. So she had been speaking with her best friend again? Why was the girl searching about him? His pasts would soon be exposed.

When Xavier finally stopped talking, Damian was staring at him like his brain was struggling to catch up. “Say something,” Xavier urged, irritation creeping into his voice. Damian blinked. “Wait. You’re not joking.” Xavier’s eyes hardened. “Do I look like I’m joking?” Damian stared at him for another second…then burst out laughing. Xavier’s glare could’ve cut glass. “Is this funny to you?” Xavier demanded. Damian wiped at his eyes, still chuckling. “I mean….yeah. It is funny.” Xavier slammed his glass down. “What part of this is funny?”
