Groban closed the gap within an instant as he pulled me close against his chest, holding me tightly as he shushed tenderly in my ear, “I’m right here, focus on the rhythm of my heart and just breathe,” as he said this I felt myself instantly calm down, my breathing calmed and a tiny smile of relief spread across my face. The burning started to subside and I could feel the temperature of my body returning to normal, it was stopping, the process of turning into wolf had stopped. It brought many before us some relief, and we should be no different. Also, it may not be my place, but I advise you to spend time in nature, connect with the earth and the elements. The rain, the sun, water, they are all your friends. And they have the added bonus of being grounding, too. Grounding yourself as one with nature might just provide you with some comfort, and help you relax,
