I freaked out and ran out of the room. That’s when I slammed into you.”

This time this story came from a friend of Mab's. He is actually her brother but he has long lived a life disconnected to the church he serves. At the same time, I was trying to distract myself from Vincent and the silence between us. I stepped onto the lawn, walking past the fountain when I noticed the eyes watching from a distance.
