Maya and I laid lazily on my couch, watching Ted over and over again till we became tired. Most of the time, Tristan and the thunder buddy song raced through my thoughts. I hadn't been seeing much of him since he saved me from taking a blow. I grabbed the remote and changed the channel to Nickelodeon. My eyes brightened when I saw SpongeBob on screen. Even if I was eighteen, SpongeBob was definitely a cartoon I'd never stop watching. How could anyone be like SpongeBob? He was very annoying and didn't know when to quit, but I still loved him.

I mentally rolled my eyes. He opened his mouth to say whatever he was about to, but a phone call interrupted him. Shocker. The universe wanted me to die of curiosity. He groaned and gave me a pleading and apologetic look before answering the call. He blinked continuously as the person spoke. He froze, looking mortified. "What do you mean SpongeBob started playing?" I had a feeling that this was going to be very entertaining. "I told you to open the presentation on my laptop before hooking it up to the meeting projector."

JOY “Dad, you’re worse than a kid. This cartoon isn’t for you. You need to go to bed!” I yelled at Dad, who smiled at me, his eyes much brighter than before. Paige stared at me from the couch, giggling at my father being scolded. “I can’t help it. This is amazing. Who knew SpongeBob SquarePants could be so hilarious . . . but also, a bit inappropriate for kids.” I shrugged. “I know. But Dad, you’ve taken your sleeping pills already. So, if you don’t sleep now, you’ll be awake all night.”

She observed me, cupping my cheeks but I managed to smile. “Yup. I'm blasting in health. I just had to see Mrs Kent with Erin and it was a long ride, that's why I'm like this.” I dropped my bag on the table and sank into my chair. “Oh you did?” She stood in front of me, excited. “Did it go well?” “Yes. We found out that—” A knock on the door stopped me. The door swung open and it was Erin standing behind it. “Am I interrupting anything, ladies?” He asked, sounding cheeky. Megan was quick to giggle. She and Erin were SpongeBob and Patrick in their own world.

I also saw different kinds of fish. I even saw Nemo and the whole cast of Spongebob! Except for Spongebob and Sandy, of course. Spongebob is somewhere on our kitchen sink and Sandy is in the wild. I wonder where is Dory? I looked around in the hopes of finding Dory but I failed. I was a little sad about that. We were underwater for about an hour. When we were done, we went back to the villa to take a bath and rest for a bit. "It's so nice there, Aries! Let's do it again tomorrow!" I happily said when we are resting in our villa.

After an hour or so of watching cartoon and trying to destract myself and my thoughts, I've already eaten one bar of chocolate and a quarter of the ice-cream is already settling down in my tummy.
