Summer Reads Novels & Stories

After Summer had left for England, She arrived the university and was assisted to her dorm room. She shared a room with a New Yorker named Octavia. They were in the same faculty and in turn became friends. Leo, William, Drake and Stephanie also left for college. During the Holidays they would all return home. Summer didn’t associate with them much because she was beyond busy, any little opportunity she gets she put it into her business. The only time she was spotted was on Sandra’s wedding day and the naming ceremony for Sandra’s baby.

Remembering that she left her phone in the next tent, Summer immediately jumped out. "That must be Mommy and Daddy! They want to tell me that they're on the cruise ship!" The others rushed to follow her. When they arrived at the next tent, Summer was already sitting cross-legged with her phone pressed to her ear. "Mommy, Daddy! Have you arrived at the cruise ship?" "Hello, Honey. Isn't it still early there? Why are you so excited?" Sky asked. "Because I knew today would be a fun day, Mommy. Just like yesterday. I had a great time here. I did a lot of experiments with River. Then, we all gathered in the backyard. I, River, Uncle Brandon, and Aunt Briony slept in a tent."

Summer nodded vigorously before ambling towards the office. She breathed a sigh of relief once she was inside the building. Dabbing her forehead with a handkerchief, she hurried towards her cubicle. “You look like you ran a marathon,” Hannah commented as Summer powered on the computer. She takes a huge gulp from her water bottle which Barbara had stuffed inside her bag and looked at her friend. Well, Hannah claimed they were friends. Summer wouldn’t know. She had never been privileged enough to have friends. “I...thought I was late,” she replied slowly, steadily. Hannah nodded before turning back to her work.

“You… You’re not Summer? Who are you?” “Don’t you know? Summer has dissociative identity disorder.” Summer’s smile widened. She wiped the hand she used to grab Victoria’s chin and slowly stood up. “I don’t know who will have the last laugh, but we also don’t know who has become the prey,” she said in a profound manner.

The weather was just too hot outside. Charlotte creased her nose. She was not too happy about it, but she did not throw a tantrum. After breakfast, Summer went to the place that she and Dean had agreed to meet at. Summer could feel heat waves hitting her face in the late morning, even before noon. She felt as if she was inside a steamer and her back was sweating profusely after walking for just a while.

Mandy York, my girlfriend, was practically a migratory bird that always flew away during summer. Every year, during July and August, which were the hottest months of the year, she would fly off and disappear from the face of the earth. She said that it was because her company gave her a special project abroad that required absolute secrecy from her. She was also not to contact anyone during that period of time. Even when I got into a car accident last year and lay in the ICU for two months, she never called to ask about me. Plenty of times, I had comforted myself and endured the harsh summer alone. One day, I accidentally saw the social media account of a friend of mine living abro

“This is just the beginning of our summer adventures. I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish next!” As the stars began to twinkle overhead, Leo felt a sense of hope and excitement for the summer ahead. With Elara by his side and their community united, he knew that they could tackle any challenge that lay ahead, creating a summer filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories.

Summer had chosen a far more exciting outfit which included a tiny strapless blue dress with cutouts on the side and matching blue stilettos. A knock on the door signaled it was eight. “That must be Arie and Leah!” Summer squealed. She opened the door to find not just Arie and Leah, but Alpha Marcus and Darren as well. Summer glared at the men. “No. No boys allowed.” Alpha Marcus glared back at her. “With everything that’s going on, I’m afraid you can’t just go off on your own.” Summer began to argue when Arie quickly pointed out, “They’ll be at the restaurant, but they won’t be sitting with us. “Summer gave a dramatic eyeroll.

She shows me a piece of yellow bikini that's extremely eye-catching. "I'm sure you're going to rock in it," I answer with a smile. "Miami chicks, better watch out for your men," she screams her usual lines, forcing a smile out of me, before breaking into a heavy sigh. "Even if I can't have Liam, this has been the best summer ever." Can we not talk about Liam?

Arya I had arrived at my family’s lake cabin after a five-hour drive. I will be spending the entire summer here, so eight weeks. It had been in my family for generations.
