It’s only been a week, but he looks so good and better than the last time we had parted. Dressed in a simple black shirt and black loose jeans with a bag pack casually hanging over one shoulder. And for some reason, he’s moving in slow-mo… I know this is all in my head, but he’s perfect and I remember that I’m nervous. Asides forgetting how to breathe and my heart pumping so hard it could burst my chest open, my palms grow sweaty and I want to hide before he sees me and walks over. I need to pre-rehearse the lines in my head, so I don’t sound stupid.

She thought that the pervert would violate her, so her body tensed up out of nervousness. Beads of sweat dripped from her forehead.

My palms become sweaty and my entire body trembles. "Alpha, I apologize but it is something urgent," Richard speaks up, he has the same fearful look on his face, beads of sweat drop from Richard's forehead and I can see his hand shaking in fear. A part of me wants to tell Richard to stop, I want to tell him to hang up and forget about it but it already seems too late.

Rows of cubicles loomed before me and uncertainty of where I was supposed to go stuck in my throat. The sound of phone chatter and the clacking of keystrokes on keyboards filled the air. My heart was pounding and my palms were coated in sweat, making it hard to hold onto my briefcase. “Hi there!” A woman ten years older than me stepped into my path. Everything about her was round from her face to the adorable polka dotted skirt she wore. She spoke with a soft tone, holding out her hand with a warm smile. “Welcome to Winthrow Financial.”

Donald I shifted again in my seat and wiped a bead of sweat across my forehead. The guard beside me noticed it and started to fan harder, but sweat continued to run down my back and I knew it was not just a matter of heat. I was simply nervous and couldn't keep still, but everyone else beside me had wide grins on their faces.

Gwen’s pov Nervous did not cover it. Nervous was what you felt before a job interview or a difficult conversation with someone you respected. What I felt sitting in that room was something older and rawer than nervous. It was the particular fear of being looked at by people who had already decided what they saw and you are waiting for them to say it out loud. I kept my hands folded on the table with my face composed and my eyes moving steadily around the room even though everything underneath that stillness was anything but still.

Amber “I’m so f-fucking nervous,” Alina whispered, her breath hitching as we walked side by side. Aria was on my other side, silent as ever, her eyes fixed straight ahead, lips pressed so tight they’d turned pale. I could feel her tension like a second heartbeat against my arm. I was nervous too, so nervous I kept trying to breathe in and out the way my mother used to teach me when the world felt like it was closing in. It didn’t help. My palms were slick with sweat. My stomach churned with dread.

STEPHEN'S POV I anxiously sipped the water that I had turned into a glass earlier, the coolness doing nothing to help with my feeling of nervousness. I could feel a drop of sweating sliding down my forehead and down my face. It went even further, going beyond my chin as it gathered a bit before it finally dropped, joining others to hit the soft material that made up the collar of my shirt, causing the colour of the shirt to turn into a darker shade. I licked my lips anxiously, spending a few extra seconds to place my bottom lip between my teeth as I applied pressure and bit lightly on it.

Palms sweaty, feet tapping on the wooden floor slowly, making squeaking noises, heart racing, thoughts wandering but above all these traits of nervousness, Cara's heart is in the right place. She stood in front of Jim's door with her right fist curved into a ball as she considers knocking.

Sweats started to build up on her face and her heart can't do anything but to palpitate. "I must ignore it," Sarah said to herself. She is now walking back to her home. Even if she already said to herself that those words are nothing, she cannot help but to still feel the nervousness. Her walk became faster. She didn't notice that she is already freaking out. There is a huge feeling inside of her saying that something bad will happen. That started her mind to think fantasies that she doesn't want. Deaths, accidents, crashes, those are things that are building in her brain. Her fast walk suddenly change in to a run.
