The thirty years that he had not aged were catching up to him fast. June cried "Dad!" She tried to open the glass door. Benson looked at her one time. He did not use the mind-link. He moved his lips to say one word. He said "Run." The floor of the basement suddenly dropped down. The Investors were not going to let the harvester go. They made a gravity well. The whole hospital was being pulled into the earth. It was falling into a hole where the center of the earth was melting. June grabbed her mothers hand. They jumped for the service tunnel just as the basement fell apart.

The fall was more than something he could control. He couldn’t stop the scream that forced itself out of his mouth as he found himself struggling against the force of gravity. His body hit the window guards from the top most floor and his head also hit one of the opened window glasses and continued downward until it got to the middle floor at the fourth second where it hit another opened glass window, all this slowing down his movement and increasing the pains of his fall. He closed his eyes in anticipation of his death as he continued falling.

He had promised to take her home after all. Right on cue, the metallic door of the garage opened to reveal another vast space. It was big enough to contain five or more cars. Yet there were only two inside and one of which drove out. It was a Bugatti and one of the latest brands. Her jaw dropped when the car pulled over in front of the stranger who she had clearly disliked. Whatever perception of him that made her wary only increased at the very sight of the car.

I was swallowed up by what he was doing, what kind of nonsense he plans to do. He brought his face close to my ear which alarmed me. I can't seem to speak. I could feel his breath in my ear which made me shiver. "Be ready in the falling game", he huskily said and licked my earlobe. I am shocked at what he did but before I could complain, he had already left in front of me and was already walking away from us. "What does he say? A falling game?" I asked in my mind trying to comprehend it.

"Blake! Help! Eva is trying to kill me!" With reckless abandon, Tally hurled herself down the stairs, dragging Eva along in a tumultuous descent. Despite Eva's frantic efforts to disentangle herself, Tally's relentless grasp kept her firmly tethered, their bodies tumbling uncontrollably, each step adding to the chaos of their descent. Bang!
