Crown of Tempests
She took a deep breath.
Air around her condensed subtly as her magic calmed, lightning striking tight circles rather than whipping around erratically. Chaos around her snapped into focus.
Centered.
“Now.”
We moved together.
Wind burst from my body violently, but instead of clawing forward in all directions, it punched outwards in a tight spiral cyclone that wrapped around Iris’s magic rather than pushing up against it. Simultaneously, Iris let go; lightning crackling around her that struck outward in hard lines, funneling directly into my tempest.
