I woke up to the morning sun shining dimly into my room, directly into my face. The feeling of a rough hand resting lightly on my stomach, I turn over and my eyes widen with shock. How the hell did my Chief end up in my bed? What did I do last night? I tried my hardest to remember what all went down at the mandatory command picnic… I remember going out to a bar outside of base. Looking at the bright sun, which is not so bright right now hiding itself to create darkness all around totally makes me think about my present situation. I heard that sound of footsteps entering the room, so I turned around and said, “Hey!” “Don’t start now. You will get your wish soon.” he said removing his coat. “We can’t!” I said, looking at him. “What do you mean? All these days you are asking nothing but for divorce papers. Now they will reach you in a few days for sure. Now why are you saying we can’t?” he asked with a completely blank expression. “I am pregnant!” I mumbled. “What?” he asked, stepping towards me in shock. “I.Am.Pregnant!” I said each word with force and then let the darkness consume me.

"I don't have anything to say to you Alpha." I said as I stared at him currently glaring at me. "Neveah you don't understand so don't act like you do." he said in frustration. "I dont mean to offend you Alpha Axel but I have no clue what your talking about." "Don't act like you don't know we're mates," he said in irritation. I tilted my head to the side knowing I was getting under his skin. "Mate's or not. You are no longer mine. So please Alpha King, escort yourself out," I said with a blank stare. I faced my back to him feeling the anger rolling off him in waves. I wasn't the one at fault here. It was all him.
