The Last Dragon's Mage

The Last Dragon's Mage

I mutter as we walk upstairs. “What was?” Moran prompts as if unaware. I glare at him. “Don’t begin introducing me to random people.” Moran shrugs, ignoring my eye daggers. “You have to get used to it.” “Why?” He opens the door for me. “Because you will be the future Queen, no?” He looks perplexed as if I should be knowing this. I let out a heavy sigh and shake my head. Well, it’s better if he knows the truth.

I said. “That’s pretty,” Kiera mused and burrowed against me as she looked into the bassinet. “Will she be Queen one day?” Kiera asked. My lips rounded and my heart broke, we hadn’t had that talk with her yet, thinking she was too young but I thought it was obvious. I looked at Hazel and she fought to sit up in the bed and leaned against the mountain of pillows that Nora stuffed behind her. “No, my love,” Hazel said. “You are the future Queen of Valeria, nobody else,”

Most interesting book i have read so far. This is the first time that i truly hate the main character. Darian has done so many evil things that i don’t know how he’ll redeem himself. Hoping Hazel would fall in love with him and change him but i can’t see that happening. Intrigued to see how it ends.

There are A LOT of spelling mistakes at first, and trust me, I almost stopped reading because I was so irritated. But I’m SO GLAD I stuck with it because the storytelling and character dev is so good!! There are still spelling mistakes throughout, but much less frequent. Can’t wait for book 2!!!

My Future, Not My Past

My Future, Not My Past

"You know Daisy grew up with nothing, always at someone else's mercy. Isn't it only right we look out for her more? Stop being jealous and picking on her, okay? Can't we all just be good to her together?" Daisy blinked, then grabbed Rhett's arm. "Freya, come back. I'll make them all be nice to you. If they're not, I won't talk to them—I mean it!" The three of them immediately played along, hamming up their fake panic. "Okay, okay—the queen has spoken. How could we dare not treat Freya well?" "As long as Freya stops bullying you, of course we'll welcome her back." They were laughing, joking around, their voices dripping with affection.

Demon Kings Queen (book two)

Demon Kings Queen (book two)

The Queen of Olympus was perched on her grand throne, turning the pages of a huge book on her lap, a platter of fruits in front of her. He wasn't overly fond of her, but she had the power to grant him a wish. Something that could change his next life for good. Just want to cry. It’s been months since part 1 ended and all we have is 3 chapters of part 2 so far. I’ll keep checking back though, won’t start reading it until it’s almost finished, can’t stand being left hanging on a chapter and San’s books are all so awesome you get addicted.

Cooking for a Cruel Queen

Cooking for a Cruel Queen

"Who said this would be easy? The queen was clearly pleased with him yesterday, and today he's dead. He didn't even last twenty-four hours. She's so brutal—how are we supposed to win her over?" "It's impossible. We'll never make it back home. We might as well wait here to die!" Only I remained as calm as before, replaying everything that had happened the day before. The company had organized an overseas trip. Then the plane crashed. When we opened our eyes again, we had all transmigrated into a novel as challengers. Our target was the story's female lead—the Queen Rara McKayla. She ruled the world, peerlessly beautiful, yet notoriously mercurial. History recorded countless examples of her cr

Copley asked. “You’re future queen,” I said without ceremony. “She is mated to my son, Prince Jude.” Dr. Copley’s eyes went wide, and then his face turned red. “The Sangers have hurt the future queen this way?” “The future queen is also their second daughter, Dr. Copley. They have been abusing her medically for years, and these records prove that.” I said and then looked at Brad, “Do everything you can to find out who changed the research results as well.”

I absolutely love this book. it's a great story and I would love to see more races brought into the story or like one of the other siblings from Jaxon and sable were made it so like either a vampire or a human and it happens to be the same vampire human that saves them from something that goes on

The Rise Of The Queen

The Rise Of The Queen

The heavy implication wasn’t lost on me, especially when she called me ‘Queen’, saying she’s here for when I’m ready to open up about everything before retiring for the night. I was left with my jaw on the ground, but I shook myself out of it and scoffed, mumbling that’s never going to happen because I’m sick of talking about my abuse thanks to those meetings. Never fucking helped me, so what’s the point? Plus, this Queen shit is getting real old. Another thing that’s never going to happen. I see she’s just as delusional as the others, but at least she’s nice and kind enough to let us stay here. Plus, I could learn a little more about my mother before it’s my time to physically meet her when

The Fated Queen

"I've always been curious about popcorn." "You've never eaten popcorn before?" Erica asked as she scooped a handful and passed the bowl to Penelope. "He's a Demon." Penelope stated casually. "I doubt he's tried Human food before." "On topic, please." Jayce said through gritted teeth. "Confirms what?" "Your Queen is a descendant of the Angel Ariel." Zalakai said with a slight shrug. "She feels the power of Ariel drawing her to the book. Only someone of her bloodline can access the information within it."

Freddie Mercury's magnetic presence leaps off every page of 'Queen'—it's not just a biography, it’s a backstage pass to the band’s chaos, creativity, and camaraderie. The book dives into their early struggles, like scraping together money for recording sessions, and contrasts it with the absurd luxury of their later tours (think champagne-filled hot tubs). But what stuck with me was how raw it gets about Freddie’s duality—his flamboyant stage persona versus his private shyness.

The chapters on 'Bohemian Rhapsody’s' recording process are pure magic. Who knew they spliced the tape literally with scissors? And the rivalry-turned-respect with punk bands like The Sex Pistols adds such grit to their glam image. Closing the book, I marveled at how four misfits redefined rock forever—not through perfection, but by embracing their weirdness.
