The maid led me straight off until we got to the route that led to the dungeons. Maybe she noticed my uneasiness and doubt, “The dungeon is the only place where we can be safe, for now.” The maid whispered and I nodded slowly. That was until we got to the entrance gates of the dungeon. We suddenly heard some footsteps. “I will check it out. Hide yourself somewhere here. I will be right back.” She said and hurried away before I could say anything or even try to stop her. Was she indirectly escaping while she left me here? She looked over to the wolf running beside her, there was a glowing aura coming from it, touching her, giving her more strength and speed. The guard building came into view, thank the moon goddess, she was almost at the front gate. She pushed herself to go faster, she could see the gate. She started screaming for someone to open the gate, but she couldn’t see anyone there. She finally reached the gate, but it was still closed. The wolf that had been running beside her disappeared into the guard building and the gate started to open, she ran inside as soon as it was open wide enough for her to fit through.

The vision of Selene appeared once more, her expression softening. “You have faced the trial of the northern peaks,” the voice said. “You have proven your courage and your bond. But the true shadow remains… it lies within the heart of the first Luna’s sanctuary, beyond the mountains where the Moon never sets. There, you will confront what was hidden even from your ancestors.” Aria exhaled, her chest heaving. “Then that is where we go.” Kael nodded, sheathing his sword. “And we face it together. The chamber shook with the impact. For one impossible second, everything held. She informed me, as if that was supposed to explain why we were hiding under the table. A pair of brown boots stopped at our table. “I could have sworn I saw her.” Came the girl’s voice, her tone held a lot of puzzlement but then Raven’s phone started ringing causing the girl to look underneath the table at us. “I knew you were hiding there before your phone gave you up.” Letting out a sigh, Raven crawled out and I followed her, feeling silly and confused. I stared at the girl, who happens to be seated now. She had the same purple hair as Raven except that Raven’s only has purple highlights while she had a full blown purple short hair.

I gave him a scornful look but he still guided me to the stairs and out of the metal door where I startlingly saw Phillius who is already waiting for me to get out of the dungeon. The door of the dungeon is in the middle of the garden like a secret passage which automatically opens when I press a button on the side of it. It cannot be seen clearly by humans because the metal door is covered with artificial grass that hides it from plain sight. But for the werewolves, this dungeon is not a secret to any of them because I am sure they clearly smell the awful stink down of it and I wonder how many Faes Phillius had captured to torture down that horrible place.

With one final thought of gratitude towards her aunt for her unwavering support, Aqua surrendered to the darkness, allowing its gentle embrace to carry her away from the tempest of her thoughts and into the peaceful realm of dreams. At least that’s what it looked like; the stairway was deep and dark; I couldn’t see where exactly we were going, but with my wolf sight, I could see each step I made as I reached the bottom of the hidden room. Nicholas, some of his gammas, Lucas, Mia, and some of the Vixen warriors, were behind me. Emily stayed above the ground with my mother and sister, wishing us luck on our short journey. This entire place was detailed to run without any maintenance, which was how Kenneth liked it.

I took a cautious step inside, my shoes barely making a sound on the stone floor. The shelves stretched so high that I had to crane my neck to see the tops of them.
