Minnow spitted venomously with lips curled over teeth. Saylor's glare fell on his lap, and his shoulders slumped. He knew better than to try to speak to her at this moment. "We recruit a new hunter each year," Cecil said calmly over his shoulder. "Hunter? What do we hunt?" Minnow turned to her father for answers. "Well, we hunt, um." He stuttered. His eyes searched his wife. Dovie rolled her eyes. " We hunt werewolves and other supernatural beings," she said simply without batting her perfectly styled eyelids. Instead, she continued flicking through the stack of papers in front of her.

The police had to get involved, there were two police cars out the front of the diner. Ducking under the police tape, Damien stepped into his diner, he was feared by everyone, humans, wolves and vampires alike, he was known as the Blood Alpha and that was not just because Blood is his surname. Her sent hit him sending him into a short sense of euphoria, he had finally found her his mate after, eighteen years of searching he had finally found her.

“Are they really going to just let me fall back?” That's actually... cause me a sigh of relief. I'm tired by the eyes that following my every steps! Then there's Grandma I notice anxious and been in contact with the messengers lady. And everyone of them is given grandma a jade, however it only cause Grandma to deeply anxious. I shook my head as this wasn’t making any sense. “The kills, they weren’t all vampires. Most of them were other hunters. I think this one is on the run from his own. But the fact he’s gotten this deep into the territory has Ductus Toño on edge, sending his men looking for him.” Diana explained. A hunter being hunted by his own? Well, shit, what could he have done to cross his people? Mistake one of a supernatural creature? It’s still not adding up. And honestly, beyond adding avoid the hunter to my list, I don’t see a reason to care.

Nathan, Lucas, and Julian tore through the industrial wasteland of the lower Havenfall docks, the neon lights of the city flickering off the hoods of their blacked-out sedans. The smell of his aftershave filled my senses and I sagged against the warmth of his tweed overcoat as we drove back to the woods.
