The Lycan Prince’s Defiant Mate Novels & Stories

~Astrid~ I felt something calling me, i didn’t know what it was that kept calling me but then i didn’t know what it was but i knew that the feeling was one that i couldn’t describe. “Oh my, did you see the Lycan King Dante? He looks like a statue that the moon goddess made herself.” “He doesn’t look like what we heard in stories as children, they said that Lycans were beasts that were merciless and ruthless but then he didn't look anything like that.”

As I brushed aside the tall blades of grass for a better view, I stumbled into Cauldron, and his expression revealed he had something to tell me. I glanced over and saw that Ashton was out of earshot. With my arms folded, I turned to him and asked, “What?” “What's with you and his Majesty earlier?” “I have no idea what you're talking about,” I feigned ignorance. “You're aware that the Lycan has a mate now,” he stated. “A chosen mate, not necessarily a true mate and so?” "Put an end to any thoughts of becoming his wife; don't come between them," he warned fervently.

I shrugged, "Well, my sister brings me books to read and I kind of call him whenever I have questions so I am pretty confident in your culture now" Traian wanted to deliver some books about Shifters to my sister and pack it for me because I still didn't tell him my address for the past two years but I refused. I am afraid someone might have opened those books and read the contents. I don't want to risk anything. Instead, my sister brings the books she has to their house. That's what I read and I finally know about Traian being a Lycan. I still find it hard to believe that I am mated to a Lycan—a superior kind from Shifters. They are stronger, have lived longer than the others, and have a dis

I roared, clawing at the ground. Dammit, this wasn’t good. I was hovering on the edge of staying conscious and alert. The darkness wanted blood, particularly the blood of the large lycan that was cradling my mate against himself. "Oh, is lover boy going to lose it?" Princeton laughed, turning his full attention toward me. "Should I help you along?" Before I could respond, Princeton let one of his hands begin to snake along Lennox’s hip and up her side until his fingers trailed too fucking close to the side of her breast.

“The prince had always been waiting for his mate, hence why we all had to wait as well, even the king himself, but now that he has found the mate unworthy we can finally have a crown princess.” She did not stop coming after me, and I tried to get her to stop multiple times as I shook my head, getting the image of her with my mate out of my head. Why were Lycans so cruel? Why was she hell-bent on making me suffer even more than I already was? I sniffled a bit and wiped away the falling tears. “Please just leave me alone.” I wouldn't have spoken up to her on a normal day but all I wanted now was to be left alone and I was beginning to lose my mind.

“Rylan? No. Rylan is cute and even more fun than Marcus. I like him.” “That’s because you’re his mate. Lycans are always softer with their mate. But trust me, they can also be strict to their mate, just in a more, possessive, dominant way. And remember—kings, princes, alphas, and their Lycans? They’re the worst. Their possessiveness is more intense than others.”

And that wasn't helping matters. 'I'm not shocked... It's your habit to arrogantly run into a battlefield without strategies.' He scoffed. A small smile played on my lips as I straightened the robe I had on proudly, 'Yet, we always come out victorious. Do we not? How hard could it be?' 'A woman's heart is different, he growled.”Especially when that woman turned from a wolf to a Lycan overnight you fool and not just any lycan, she is the so-called mate of the Prince of Lycan as well as Kai.' Ragnar stirred in frustration

“Oh, I see now. He sneers Is this the reason why you were so proud and full of yourself, treating everyone that as a low rank, like rubbish, and then you act like an angel in front of the royal family? A devil in disguise. Hehe, he-he he-he he-he. Bitch. Wake up from your crazy spell dream. You're not going to be crowned the queen. How can an evil beast like you be the mother of the Lycans?” Even if I'm blessed or fated to have a mate like you, I won't resist rejecting your sorry ass as my mate, Who in his right sense will want an evil being like you as their mate. The lycan prince is not going to marry you because the goddess doesn't pair an evil thing with the good ones. But don't worry lo

“I have witnessed with my eyes what his beast can do. One thing I know about him is that he’d fight with his last strength for anyone he loves,” Love. I laughed out loud. It was a sad, sorrowful laugh because I knew what I and Draven shared was far from love. I was his mate, and any man would feel obligated to protect their mate. Lycan’s are extremely possessive beings so it is not weird that the first Lycan prince would be overly possessive of me. During our early days, he’d stared at me with nothing but contempt and loathe, like I was some filthy wench. He only started to warm up to me after he realized I was his mate. If he suddenly passed me compliments that he didn’t used to do at the b

The bastard is unhinged and I really do not want to lose my cool. “Your mate? Why haven’t you fucking marked her yet, if she is your mate? You’re the lycan prince, you can’t go this long without claiming her, if she is yours.” I just glare at him. I know explaining to him that she wasn’t ready is going to be a waste of time, he doesn’t owe me any explanation either. “She would make you stronger, that is why you want her. Just accept it.” This time, I laugh, through the annoyance, I actually laugh because it is funny. I’ve heard crazy things regarding my mate since I met her, but this is the craziest of them all.
