‘The only ones visible to you,’ El said. ‘Visible? Did that mean there were invisible ones?’ Oh god. I bit my lips and followed them, keeping my distance. In the library, the Queen looked around slowly, searching for the intruder—searching for me. I cursed mentally when her eyes touched the books on the table. “Someone was really here. Aliana, your sense of hearing can rival that of a Lycan, you know…” Alpha Brekan spoke, walking toward the books. However, before he could touch it, the Queen gathered the books with magic and slotted them into the shelf, without moving a muscle.

Koa laughed. Alida was right, I was going to get along with her just fine. It seems like Maggie and Koa already took a liking to each other as well. “You two do realize we can easily take the both of you right?” The second guy said with a smirk. “It’s a possibility but you two do realize that I had to kill my own father, the lycan King to become the queen right?” Koa snapped. “Dragons are still more powerful than the likes of you.” The second guy sneered.

All around her, warriors fought - wolves, men, creatures she couldn’t name. And in the center of it all stood a woman. Not just any woman. Nicola’s breath caught. The woman had her face. An odd book to be in this section, there has to be a reason for that. I begin flipping through the pages but yet, nothing useful. Just when I’m about to give up on it, I stop at a page and there it is.
